It is a 103 degrees out today so I feel sorry for the techs having to work in this heat and still be pleasant. I only had to wait less than 30 minutes. Turns out the tire pressure light just needed to be reset. I asked how much I owed and was told "nothing." WOW! Not sure how you guys stay in business, but thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys have fixed a tire for me previously free of charge. I will definitely keep coming back and buy my next set of tires there for the quality of your service alone. First time I dropped it off they called me a couple hours later and said they didn't order the right kit. All good it happens. I took my truck in on Tuesday last week, dropped it off and picked it up later that day. I am not mechanically inclined which is why I have always gone to reputable places to get work done. When I was driving my truck home something felt off and it was rocking. Ended up calling them Thursday and was told it might be a tire balance or calibration for the sensors (something they dont do and would cost me an additional $350 at another Les Schwab that was never mentioned) Thursday I took my truck in. The manager Eric was acting like I was crazy and told the tech to just balance my tires. They balanced them and sent me on my way without test driving the truck. Next day I took it to another Les Schwab off of Pacific in Rocklin. The manager Kevin there was awesome. He went for a test drive with me and within minutes said yeah it was off. Dropped my truck off. Got a call from Kevin. Turns out my truck was unsafe to drive and was swerving because this place left out a critical bolt. The tech said I was lucky I didnt "end up in a ditch" Twice this place left me driving away in a hazard. The manager down played my concerns and overlooked gross negligence done at this shop that put my family at risk.

As I walk in to pick up my car no greeting for any 3 mechanics standing at the front desk, and I'm kinda just standing in front of two giggling mechanics for about 15 minutes before one looks up at me again for the 10th time and finally acknowledges me by saying "it'll be 160". At this point I'm kinda irritated by the customer service so I'm trying to get out of there as fast as possible... MY MISTAKE. As I'm on the freeway heading home which is about 40 minutes away I notice a significant amount of black stains on the back and butt area of my seat, completely all over my arm rest and even on my passenger seat! I understand all shops don't have the funds for plastic coverings on seats and that's ok ‍ but when your working on a car you definitely notice how much you change an appearance of something you fix it. When I called to ask if it could've been them they immediately attempted to blame it on the tow truck driver who dropped off my vehicle but the tow truck driver only took it off of the bed of his truck he did not load it. The tow truck driver even uploaded his own pictures on my insurance app so I know for a fact it wasn't him. When I brought that up to whoever answered the phone he simply said "alright then, you can come bring it in so I can wipe it down". I didn't pay you guys so that I could drive in a dirty car and then bring it back to you so that you can clean it with your dollar store cleaner.‍ I should've added the pictures in the moment but life happens and I had better things to do than to complain and drive 40 miles for you guys to not clean my car right. They were very conscientious about my timeline and understood the urgency. I noticed a screw in my front tire and drove in hoping they could take a quick look. Jacob helped me right away and explained the options, offering a very fair price for either a plug or a patch. Christian, the tire technician, got my van into the bay quickly and checked the tire. After inspecting it, he discovered that the screw hadn't actually punctured the tire, so no repair was needed. Instead of just sending me on my way, he took the time to check all my tires and inflate them because the pressure was low from the cold weather. When I went to the front desk to pay, Usman and Jacob told me there was no charge and that I was good to go. That level of honesty and customer service is rare these days. They easily could have charged me for a repair, but they didn't because it wasn't needed. This is exactly the kind of business people want to support.
