Honest Service and Great Team at Tires Direct - Lincoln…read more I had a great experience at Tires Direct in Lincoln today. I noticed a screw in my front tire and drove in hoping they could take a quick look. Jacob helped me right away and explained the options, offering a very fair price for either a plug or a patch. Christian, the tire technician, got my van into the bay quickly and checked the tire. After inspecting it, he discovered that the screw hadn't actually punctured the tire, so no repair was needed. Instead of just sending me on my way, he took the time to check all my tires and inflate them because the pressure was low from the cold weather. When I went to the front desk to pay, Usman and Jacob told me there was no charge and that I was good to go. That level of honesty and customer service is rare these days. They easily could have charged me for a repair, but they didn't because it wasn't needed. This is exactly the kind of business people want to support. Tires Direct in Lincoln has definitely earned my future business -- when it's time for a new set of tires, this is where I'm coming. Highly recommend!

Then he realized he didn't have the right size tool and would have to run to the store. I asked if we could just find a tire shop close by which might be able to install them for us, since we would need to go to the store for the parts anyways. Came on Yelp and found Roseville Tire Center, one of the few places open on a Sunday. They even have a mobile service! We got a quote and then drove over to their place, which is close to Roundhouse Deli (amazing tritip tacos, fyi). The place is definitely not fancy but they were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Jose even charged us less than he quoted us on the phone, which I think is such a nice thing to do, because he technically could have gotten more money from the job but didn't. Great place to bring your tires to for installation. They don't look like they have a lot of new tires to purchase (like your normal Costco, Les Schwab, America's Tire Center, Firestone, etc) but they are great for labor like installation or repairs. Not only did I receive professional and courteous service, but he actually kept his shop open a little longer for install installation. They sent me videos and pictures of underneath my vehicle They sent me updates along the way and we're finished with the work in a timely manner I have not priced out this type of work in a while , however the price seemed reasonable. The new shop manager recently helped me find a basically brand-new set of used Bridgestone tires for just over $400, installed, balanced, and out the door (Even still have the new "tire spikes". I usually go with Michelin, but these Bridgestones helped me save a few bucks and still feel like a great set of tires. The team here is always super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knowledgeable. Every time I come in, they get me taken care of and back out the door without any hassle. It's the kind of place where you feel comfortable recommending it to family and friends, and I do all the time. If I had one wish for this shop, it would be that they offered alignments -- and if I'm really pushing it, maybe oil changes too -- just to make it a one-stop shop. But honestly, there's nothing to complain about. Thanks to the whole Bob's Tires team! I hope the shop stays open and serving the community for many years to come.

I stopped in Auburn and called four different tire shops, but every single one told me they couldn't fit me in until at least the next day. Frustrated, I called The Tire Depot, and they told me to come right down. When I arrived, they already had six or seven cars outside with guys working on each one of them, but they still took my car in immediately. The team quickly inspected the tire, found the nail, and first tried a plug. When that didn't hold, they pulled the tire off and patched it properly. From start to finish, I was out of there in about 30 minutes, and the repair only cost $30. Absolutely amazing service--fast, friendly, and honest. I can't recommend these guys enough! Also, they were kind enough without even asking to go around and check the air pressure in all three other tires. I thought that was outstanding service.
