    Update: After some back and forth, I was contacted by Jake Huntington, Assistant VP, and I'm happy to say they ultimately made it right. The team followed through, took responsibility, and covered the damage to the wheel as originally discussed. I appreciate when a company stands behind its work and honors its word -- that goes a long way. While the process took longer than expected, they did step up in the end, and that matters. Thank you to Jake and the team for resolving the issue.

    Best quality service thus far. They got me in as soon as I pulled up. The service rep. introduced himself while walking to arms the entrance. I will definitely come back and buy my next tires here.

    Rim damage

    I came in to get my tire plugged for one of my corvette wheels. The tech that helped me when I dropped it off was awesome and super helpful. Unfortunately, when I came to pick my wheel up, I noticed some new damage that wasn't present when I dropped it off. Austin came out to take a look and even said "yeah, that's on us" when looking at the various imperfections. There some that was already there prior but seemed to agree on the new damage on the edges was their fault. Austin took photos and advised to me to get a quote on refinishing. He also said anything over $200 requires a claim to be filed. So I call around for rim repairs to get a quote and call their store and now Austin seems to be denying fault of the damage, but he said he would speak with the manager and get back to me. I figured I'll just wait to speak to the manager when they reach out, rather than go back and forth. It's now been over a month and I haven't received any call back. I can admit, I should've taken photos prior to the service, which is why is wasn't expecting that it was a sure thing I'd get any reimbursement, but I do expect to be contacted back when I'm told I would be regarding the situation. What was the point of you taking photos of the wheel and for me getting a quote for repair? I'm not sure if Austin even spoke to his manager about it or not. 2 stars for the good service I received when dropping off and that the patch service is at no charge. Otherwise, it would be 1 star for being pushed to the side and ghosted. I'd advise to take your nicer wheels to another business that will take better care with installing tires or at the very least, take good photos of the condition prior to dropping them off.

    Ladies don't get haggled! Got a nail in the tire (EV9) brought it in with my husband 2 days ago. Went through the whole inspection process. The guy told us that all tires are at 6/32 and getting close to the recommended 4/32 to replace all tires. We said no, we just want to fix the one with a nail. My husband spoke most of the time, I just listened. They had to order our tire and said it would be in on Friday. Friday, they call my husband, tire is in. I take it in because my husband is at work. New guy does the inspection again. (I told him we were just here and they already ordered the part). He still needed to do the "safety" inspection. Funnily, now our tires are reported to be at 5/32 based on his report. I haven't driven the car since finding out there was a nail in the tire. He is now saying I should replace all 4 tires as replacing only one could have a negative impact on the transmission. I drive a Kia EV9. It's fully electric and has no transmission. ‍ I could tell the guy was annoyed/caught off guard when I stated this. (That seems to be a typical line they all use to get you to buy more tires) Just a little back story: I just had the routine service at Kia and they said that all tires look good with 60% life still on them. (This was on Wednesday, it is now Friday, so 2 days) Time Details: 10:15am - arrival time 10:29am - After inspection and what I thought was the check-in based on the receipt provided (attached for reference) 12:00pm - Estimated completion time as I was told 90 min wait My husband checked the tracker app and it said I arrived between 11:02-11:22 (false) 12:00pm - The time I thought my 1 tire would be done, my car had still not entered the bay for repair. I had a feeling they would brush me to the back of the line because I didn't upgrade my purchase. Glad I walked home instead of just waiting there (20 min walk). Who knows when my car will be done. ‍ I have 3 kids at home on summer break, I don't have all day to sit around because they couldn't upsell me. Just beware of their little pitch. They will do their "safety" inspection with their little tire reader. Bring you inside, show you some chart saying that you should replace all 4 tires as they are approaching 4/32 and that doing just 1 will impact your transmission. If you turn down an upgrade to your purchase be prepared to wait the max amount of time. I suggest maybe bringing a ride with you if you don't live in walking distance or you will be wasting a good chunk of time here.

    Needed my tire pressure to be fixed after America's tire at another location didn't do their due diligence. Came here and parked at the tire pressure check spot. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to walk into the store and let them know I was there to get my tires aired. In those 10 minutes of me waiting, multiple workers looked over at me from the garage and just ignored me. No greeting, no coming over to ask me what I needed. In fact, they were just kind of standing around talking to each other. I was trying to avoid getting out of my car in the 100°+ weather, but guess I had to since they didn't want to assist. When I did get help, it was great. Chase got me in and out fast, but I wish they would've made more of an effort when I first got there. Costumer service needs work

In a couple minutes they had an excellent recommendation but I wanted to do more research. Long story short, even with AI I couldn't find a better recommendation than the one they already gave me. When I came back to purchase them, the installation was efficient and quick and they even found an additional discount for me due to the holidays. I walked in, and Jason immediately called me over, he was super friendly and attentive. The check-in process was very quick and welcoming, Jason was very reassuring. Not more than maybe 15 to 20 minutes later Owen calls for me saying that the car is ready. I get an in-depth description of what was done and why it was shaking, and what options were for the future. Not super comforting, considering we just bought an entire set of decent wheels from them just a few months ago however, they are pretty amazing on the customer service front. What they performed today was also just part of the package, so we were in and out of there with no impact on our wallet. We are still sold that America's Tire was a refreshing change for us. Considering them? Go for it, we recommend this location!

He noticed the problem right away and also noticed things the last shop did wrong that I had to have them do again. Since then I have taken my daughter's jeep in to have a lift and rims and tires installed. Turned out amazing. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and truly wants to help you. From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. You can tell they actually know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Pricing on wheels and tires was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly--what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what could wait. No pressure, no surprises. I think the head suspension tech/owner (Jim) might be the Michael Jordan of tire, wheel, and suspension installation. When I had an issue with something in my suspension, he showed me the part and explained why it needs to be addressed. I know a little bit about cars but Jim would explain an issue in a digestible way that someone with no car knowledge or mechanical aptitude could understand. That's a rare gift in the automotive repair industry. What really stood out to me is they don't move forward with any additional work unless you give the green light. That level of transparency and respect is rare. Also--random but worth mentioning--they have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in any mechanic or retail shop. That alone says a lot about how they run their business. I'll be honest, I spent a bit more than I expected on both visits--but I left feeling 100% confident my vehicles were safe and the work was done right. That peace of mind is worth it.
