You fill out a questionnaire when you arrive and along with your health history - it asks what you like and what you haven't liked when getting a massage as well as any special areas to be mindful of. I have very ticklish feet and so it is nice to just put it on paper and not have to explain it later! When you go back to your room you sit and discuss your questionnaire and any special info you might have. Just nice for a first visit! They have a website and you can schedule and keep up there! This place is the only one that I have tried in the area that has not butchered my hair. I make an appointment with Tiffany. She's really good and handling my hair type and she is very friendly too. She is also helpful when I don't know what kind of cut I want. She will not disappoint. You have to call and make an appointment since I never know when they are actually open or when Tiffany is available. Usually, I have to leave a message and then they call me the next day. I live further away now and it is about a 20 mile drive, but I trust her the most!
