It's a bad feeling when you can't trust your barber to do his job properly. Also, instead of using an actual hot towel, they get a towel wet with hot tap water and then wring it out. It's not pleasant. If you're going to do a job then do it right. Towel warmers are not that expensive.

They are located on the first floor of the Alliant Tower, which means they are accessible via the skywalk! Usually you can get same day appointments, which is also nice. The cut doesn't involve a lot of clipper work, more scissors - which makes for a better quality cut that will wear longer. Both visits have been good and I like being able to be back at my desk within 30-40 minutes. They also have some spa services listed on their website, however I have not had any experience with those.
