It's a bad feeling when you can't trust your barber to do his job properly. Also, instead of using an actual hot towel, they get a towel wet with hot tap water and then wring it out. It's not pleasant. If you're going to do a job then do it right. Towel warmers are not that expensive.

Today (04/05/2023) I decided to go and get a professional cut. I googled this place and decided to give it a go after reading previous 3 reviews. Honestly I can not remember when did I get a haircut last time that I was happy with. The barber, Zoe, who cut my hair was superb! I have never seen someone to pay such a close attention to every little detail. I feel like he was taking care of every single hair on my head individually. It was not rushed at all. My haircut (relatively short hair to begin with) took no less than one hour! I did have shave too! He said he has over 11 years of experience and after my cut I totally believe it. The best part was the whole day at work I was getting compliments left and right. Crazy! I will totally go back again. If you are looking for new barber you definitely should give these guys a try. Fyi the place itself could use a touch or two and if you judge the place on the looks you might feel you wanna go somewhere else but I guarantee you that the job these guys are doing is upscale for sure. In my personal view I think they undercharge their work! My shave and haircut was 35$ but for the job they did and how happy I was with work I would totally pay even 100$ for the cut. Just no words! Not bad...I had to wait longer than I normally have to at Great Clips but the waiting room was comfortable enough and ESPN sports was playing on the huge flat screen TV so there was something to divert my attention. For some reason though the sound was not all that great in the waiting area and when I got into the barber chair I had to take off my glasses so I couldn't see the little TVs they have in the cutting area. My stylist was friendly, if not a little too bubbly, but she did a great job with my hair. The place was clean and well maintained (I noticed the stylists vacuumed their areas after every cut.) Since it was my first time at Sport Clips I was upgraded to "MVP" status which included a hair shampoo and massage, a hot towel moisturizing for my face, and a massage on the back with one of those electronic massager thingys. I was loaded up with coupons for my next couple of visits and was also told that I had up to 30 days to come back for a free neck trim; something I will seriously consider taking them up on. Some how I even got suckered into buying some 'product' - something I never do for which of course gave something for my wife to rib me about. I'm not sure I'll become a regular, as it was more expensive than my usual cut at Great Clips and since I don't have a lot of hair I generally feel as if I don't need to pay a lot for a cut. Regardless, I had a good experience and will go back a time or two in the future.
