The workmanship throughout the project was consistently below industry standards and required constant oversight. One example of Bill's work included patching a hole in the ceiling - instead of repainting a 4ft x 6ft ceiling section after drywall patching, Bill simply brushed paint over the patched area - leaving an obvious mismatch that he considered "complete". (See picture). This type of shortcut was a recurring issue. I found myself having to inspect nearly every task to ensure it was done correctly. When I raised concerns about things like visible flaws or rushed finishes, Bill often dismissed them with responses like, "You won't see that once the toilet is installed." That kind of mindset does not reflect pride in workmanship or respect for the homeowner. I would not recommend him for any project where precision, planning, ethics, or high standards matter.

I cannot praise the job they did highly enough. Roberto and the team arrived promptly and did an AMAZING JOB! I found these guys, and they gave me a great price based off two pictures I sent and was very responsive with any questions and updates.
