No one ever answers when you call- like they are screening calls so you have to leave a message- if you want a quick return make sure you add something to the affect of paying your bill or adding coverage. They don't want to waste time explaining what you pay them thousands of dollars for, they just want you to pay your bill and don't ask questions. I'm unhappy with them and I will be canceling my policy and going to Farmers where my call is valuable because my business is valuable.

At my yr review I sat down with the owner, Julie, and was very impressed. She took a lot of time with me reviewing my homeowners, umbrella, and auto policies for any ways to save money or for important things I may want to add tailored to my life. Whether you have Allstate or not I highly suggest sitting down with this office for even an estimate. They will do everything to get you the best price for the best coverage.
