The adjuster from Westfield never offered to meet any of the roofers and never set foot on my property. MRW Insurance and Westfield Insurance sent a third party Ladder Now C+ rated to inspect my property (or deny my claim). I questioned the level of expertise from Ladder now as the roofing companies had demonstrated the hail damage. They further did not send an adjuster but a forensic engineer. Upon reading about the forensic engineer's experience, I was concerned to know he had only worked for this company for 3 years. Mike Winter called and was very rude to me and stated that I needed to comply with Westfield or they would drop my complaint. He never offered to help. This was the only phone call from him other than when I elected to cancel his insurance. He further told me he doesn't work with you on your claims. What is an agent for? DO NOT GO with MRW Insurance. I am further sending a letter to Westfield regarding Mike Winter Insurance. I would like to note that Mike Winter never responded to countless emails between myself and the adjuster. The adjuster nor Mike Winter ever came to my home. AGAIN DO NOT GO WITH MRW Insurance. Per the manager they are there to help. He did nothing. Do not utilize this company unless you want to throw your money away.

He sat in the nearly 90' heat for 4 hours with his medical conditions and he obviously didn't bring food with him because he didn't anticipate his fuel pump going on. He kept called back after 4 hours and they said there was still no available tow trucks - they don't have enough drivers. They would find one and call him back. They never did. He had to leave his car and Uber home to escape the heat. When he got home be called AAA again, they gave him the same reasoning for their lack of any kind of help. My dad ended up having to pay to have his car towed home even though he pays AAA for their services. My mon was livid, she contacted AAA and explained my dads health issues and explained that AAA is paid for a service they obviously cannot provide. They said they would reimburse the tow but what good does that do when he spent literal hours waiting on a service that he paid for to cone through. My advice, add towing to your insurance and cancel AAA, do not wait for an unexpected situation to leave you in a bad situation because AAA is unreliable.
