However, the skating aids (the little rolling walker-type creations) were $7 a piece to rent for the evening. The women's bathroom was very clean. Interestingly, the sinks, mirrors, and hand dryers are outside of the restrooms. Inside is only the stalls. This creates a nice flow of traffic and avoids any traffic jams inside the restrooms. That said, all the preteens and teenagers had to do their primping outside the restrooms and fully visible to everyone inside the skating area. While the party included pizza and drinks, many of us bought food items from the concessions area before the food came out. The food was a bit slow coming out but everything was good and the fries were top notch! I'd definitely come back just for the arcade or just for skating. It seems that doing both would be a much larger time commitment, and enough to fill a major block in the day if you wanted.

I have been coming to this skating rink since I was a child and have consistently attended adult skate night for over a year, which is why this experience was especially upsetting to me. The first issue occurred at the snack counter around 11:49 PM. I politely asked for a cup of ice water and was told the stand was closed, even though the posted closing time was 12:00 AM. Less than five minutes later, I witnessed another customer being helped at the same counter. When I calmly asked why I had been denied service while another customer was assisted, I felt the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. The second incident occurred on May 6th and involved my skate stoppers. One of my stoppers accidentally fell off before I could fully attach it, and I was trying to figure out a solution while also asking staff whether anyone had found the missing piece. I explained the situation respectfully and made it clear that I was not intentionally breaking the rules. However, I felt I was spoken to sarcastically and treated unfairly by a manager during the interaction. When I attempted to remove myself from the situation and seek help from another employee, I felt further confronted rather than assisted. The interaction escalated unnecessarily, and I was ultimately asked to leave and denied a refund despite trying to calmly explain my situation. I completely understand the importance of enforcing rules and maintaining safety. However, I believe all customers should be treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect. As a long-time customer who regularly supports adult skate night, I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and disappointed by how the situation was handled. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve customer service experiences moving forward -De'Aira

The staff were responsive via email and phone when we had questions and the on call staff day of was helpful with cleanup instructions and placement of items. We just rented the space which comes with tablecloths for the seating tables and food tables but they have add ons such as decor and silverware you can pay extra for. I loved the flow of the space, we were able to have the food in a separate room from the guest seating and a nice entry space for pictures and gifts. We comfortably fit 40 people. I wouldn't try to squeeze more than 50 in there depending on your set up. They also have beautiful chandeliers throughout the place and we loved that we could bring in our own food and drinks and decor. There were some slight issues with connecting to Bluetooth I think it gets tricky if you have an Apple Watch but we were eventually able to figure it out. They also have a tv with hdmi hook up (you have to bring your own cord) where we were able to display a slideshow. I would highly recommend for baby shower, bridal shower, proposal venue, etc. it's a pretty white blank slate so the decor options are endless. They also provided an easel and coat rack and a few bar top tables that came in handy for gifts.

While I was here for a pop-up shop, I'd love to see this space used for more of an event-style function. The furniture was modern, aesthetically pleasing, and had lots of welcoming vibes. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/operator of the space. She was SO nice and seemed excited to use the space to engage the community. The space seemed super versatile and I cannot wait to see what other creative events come to this gorgeous space. From a cocktail party to a small reception, this place would be a great fit!

My husband ordered the soup and shaved Caesar, while I went with the Carbonara. The soup arrived lukewarm, and the shaved Caesar was awkward to eat--shaved romaine simply doesn't cooperate with a fork. The Carbonara was completely uneatable and the biggest disappointment. What arrived at the table looked more like a soupy, broken sauce with noodles swimming underneath and a barely cooked egg collapsing into the bowl than anything resembling Carbonara. The photo says it all: a runny, unsettled mixture that never came together as a cohesive dish. To their credit, the manager removed it from the bill and apologized, explaining that a new chef is still learning the recipes and that the dish should never have been served that way. The issue, of course, is that it was served that way. Cozy's seems to be experimenting with "deconstructed" presentations, but it isn't working. The shaved lettuce Caesar came topped with a deviled egg, and the Carbonara featured that nearly raw egg sitting on top of a watery sauce. Sometimes sticking with what you know is the better choice. Despite this visit, we'll likely return--Cozy's can be charming, and when they get it right, the food can be quite good. But consistency remains their biggest challenge. Next time, I'll ordered the fried chicken!

The venue owner was easy to contact for a venue tour, communicate with in the days leading up to the event and accessible to process payment through an online portal. The only setback during our event was the parking situation. We were under the impression that the garage next door could be utilized but found out (as guests arrived) that there were only 7 metered parking spots available! Our guests had to search for street parking and even pay up to $25 in the lot down the street thus causing our event to start late. The communication about parking is the only thing holding me back from a 5 star review. We would still book Blush for our event just would have rather known the parking instructions before day of. Overall, I would suggest this venue for price and location in Cincinnati to anyone wanting to take the do-it-yourself event approach.

Cute space but bad business…read more So my MOHs for my wedding booked this space for my bridal shower. I'll start with the pros: great overall space and the decor fit the color scheme of burgundy and gold. Now with the cons: The theme was eclectic and the designer did not deliver. Nothing about the decor was eclectic, I'm not sure she knew what that was. Check the pictures. The designer/manger SCAMMED us. We paid for an unlimited mimosa bar and sweet table and received none of it. For the mimosa bar there was only 2 bottles of champagne. What is unlimited about 2 bottles. If you brunch you know 2 bottles are gone in 6 minutes tops! Also no sweets whatsoever. My bride tribe had to find a grocery store and buy champagne and sweets. She did not give us our money back or explain her scamming ways. Finally as the event ended she was not there to lock up! Who leaves there business for their guest to lock it up. The caterer for the shower explained that this was unfortunately common behavior for the owner. So much potential with so little passion & leadership.

As I drove down the driveway toward the tasting room, I took in all of the gardens and the grapes that were growing. When I got there I walked along a path that was lined with greenery and flowers. When I got inside, I was greeted by the owner Tony. Tony was lovely and so helpful, he explained the different wines, and they were clearly marked for sweetness level or for how dry they were on the sheet where you chose your samples. I did choose four samples to try, and I really liked one of them. I am more of a sweet wine gal, and I have been trying to branch out a little bit, but I'm just not there yet. And talking to Tony I found out that his son is also in the wine business and he is in the wine business in California. Tony also sources some of his grapes from California. I also found out that he has three Airbnb's on this property one is over the tasting room and then two are at the front of the property. It was so beautiful there and I ended up bringing a couple of bottles of wine home. I also ate my lunch there, but they do not have a food license so I picked some local cheese that they had in a refrigerator and some summer sausage from a sausage maker in Cincinnati and he handed me a knife and cutting board so I made my own charcuterie and it worked out perfectly. There were so many lovely places to sit outside and have my lunch but it was about 90° and not much breeze so I ended up staying in. If I am ever in this part of Kentucky again, I will stop for another late lunch and wine tasting! Kudos to Tony he did a wonderful job.
