I have been in the hospitality industry for more than 35 years now, with 2/3 of those years…read moreinvested in the management of hospitality, and currently with a team under me of more than 250 members strong. At the end of the day no matter who you are in life and whether you have accomplished many or few things, whether you are thought of to be somebody that stands out or you only think you stand out, whether you come from the hardships of life or from no worries in life, at the end of the day we are all human. We are given a name, just like so many other humans from so many different walks of life, and we all appreciate, at the very least, being acknowledged one way or the other and being assisted when in need by each other. Now when you find a place/business that has been built and designed with such values in mind and even more so, their level of service etiquette to match, I believe we will all agree that this becomes a place we would all like to visit as often as possible. Polachek's has accomplished just that and so much more. I would love to go into details about my most recent experience at this store of theirs (hint - it was a service visit), but I believe it is more valuable to express my gratitude to the entire Polachek's team for the experience I recently had during my visit to their store, with an emphasis on Jennifer (our family favorite) and Sarah (unconditional courtesy). Their hospitality was just right and delivered with such genuine warmth and true consideration that I believe I will have to start scouting for my new managers from Polachek's, or at the very least, beg the owners to share with me what training they are giving their team and how they are hiring these days such respectful and knowledgeable team members. Thank you to the entire team, from the security personnel to the hidden in the-back service specialist (thank you Maria), for making me a very proud owner of the pieces you have helped me own & service, and, most importantly, how vivid you have made it for me to remember every aspect of such a personal journey.

We had a specific vision: a unique piece with subtle pink stones set into a hidden halo. Getting the exact color right turned out to be tricky, but instead of just settling, they worked with us and swapped out the original stones for ones that matched exactly what we were going for. That kind of patience and commitment to getting it perfect is rare. They also let us use our own diamond, which a lot of places won't do, and they built the setting around it beautifully. The finished ring came out even better than we imagined. Their prices are extremely fair too, which is extremely refreshing compared to some other shops in the area. Finally everyone in the store is fantastic and so nice. You never feel rushed or pressured, just genuinely taken care of. If you're looking for a custom piece (or great jewelry from people who actually care), this is the place. Five stars, easy. Thanks everyone so much! We will be back to design our wedding rings!
