My first session with Gianna was absolutely fantastic. She's incredibly skilled at what she does and created such a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. She genuinely listened to my problems and you could tell she cared deeply about helping me. I left feeling a thousand times better! This place just expanded and I was able to experience their sauna. It's the coolest little room in this big place full of services. I ended up getting the sauna membership to add to my services. I typically see Jenna for lymph treatments and then go into hydro colon therapy with Rachel. The girls are so personable. Easy to talk to. Feel like I've known them for years, ask them anything and they will tell you. Super educated in their field. I personally have a lot of stomach issues, they have a huge networking group to refer anyone to anything. Always looking out for the betterment of their clients. Where do I start? This place is awesome. It was recommended to me via a nutritionist I trust and she as always didn't disappoint. From the easy to book process, to the quality customer service and amazingly comfortable process - I was terrified to try colon hydrotherapy and I walked away a big fan. Wow... the healing that takes place in this facility is truly holistic. From the moment I walked in I felt as though I was coming back into the womb: safe, secure and supported. Rachel Ellis, of Longevity Lounge, is truly a life-changing individual. Not only did her treatments (hydro colon therapy) change and save my life, but she as a person is calming, professional, soothing, and relaxing. These qualities are 100% CRUCIAL when receiving hydro colon therapy. If you do not relax/can't relax, neither can your intestines, which usually produces poor colonic results. However, when you can relax this equals the BEST colonic ever. I am confident in saying that Rachel (Longevity Lounge) is the best colonic technician in all of San Diego because I have been to at least 6 other colonic technicians and spas in the area. I know some of you reading this may be hesitant or fearful of such a new process but please just TRUST on this one. As a Registered Nurse, trained with my Master's from UCLA, I know how to do research and assert for myself whether a practice is safe or not, regardless of it's acceptance by Western Medicine or not. These healing modalities have been used for centuries. With my training I also feel confident in being able to assess both the mental and physical benefits of a treatment.
