The best retreat for health and wellness. Be good to your body and treat it to a detox colonic or lymph treatment followed by an amazing infrared sauna. The sauna is a great detox but also relaxing. All this is in comfortable space. I love the entire team. Thank you for being there for me! oxoxo read more

If you are considering a spa or health and wellness facility, you won't find a more beautiful, peaceful environment than Longevity Lounge anywhere in San Diego county. The aura of the place gets you when you first walk in - it is so relaxing and inviting. All the girls are professional while being supportive and loving at the same time. It takes me over 2 hours to get here, and there are certainly many other places closer, but I don't even consider them. Rachel, the owner, is wonderful and i thought I would only want to see her, but all the girls there are amazing. Longevity Lounge is my go-to for good-feels and a healthier, happier life! read more

Gianna was incredible! It was my first time getting a colonic, so I wasn't sure what to expect, she walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She's so knowledgeable, friendly, and has such a warm, calming presence. I felt amazing afterward and wish I had done it sooner. I'll definitely be back! read more

I've been going to Longevity since the early days. Highly recommend, it's perfect for someone new to colonics as well because they are so gentle. Every practitioner that works there, including the owner Rachel, all have such great vibes and energy! Samar it's so sweet and kind, Juanita is a wonderful spiritual soul, and Gianna with such a healing energy. They all have such a wealth of knowledge and experience, and make me feel so comfortable, with normally an uncomfortable situation. The spa is so warm and inviting. And the infrared saunas are a perfect topper to any of my sessions to relax and unwind and release toxins. Can't wait for my next appointment! read more

I have been seeing Rachel for colonics and decided I needed a lymphatic treatment. I feel fantastic after my treatment. It was way different than a lymphatic massage. She used essential oils, high frequency, cupping and massage in her treatment. I will definitely do this treatment again for my lymphedema. I just love how Rachel always gives a 110%. She is truly passionate about her craft. read more

This is a cute intimate place to go for hydra colon therapy and lymphatic. Really qualified practitioners that make you feel really comfortable. Juanita is awesome and does an amazing job with colon therapy. I've been seeing her for about two years. My husband and I both have learned so much from her. Rachel does a great job with getting your lymphatic system working properly. She is really knowledgeable with colon therapy as well. I've learned about the electrolytes drink they carry here and really helped and tastes great. read more

I am a long time lover of Longevity lounge! Every time I arrive, from the moment I walk in I feel at ease in the space. It's a very cute and calm waiting room area. I'm always greeted with a smiling face and happy personality from someone at the front desk and this always makes me feel welcome. Colon hydrotherapy has been life-changing for me. I have tried a few different places over the years and I always come back to Longevity Lounge. All of the practitioners are talented and knowledgeable. There is an authenticity amongst all the practitioners that I think can be rare in the health and beauty world. All of the practitioners at Longevity Lounge have made me feel seen, heard, and taken care of. I will forever be grateful to this place for helping me along my health journey. I have been coming to Samar for colonics and I cannot recommend her enough. She is such a kind spirit and makes you feel 1000% comfortable. All the girls at Longevity have been so kind and good at making the process comfortable. It can feel pretty intimidating showing up for a colonic and Samar makes everything feel safe and cozy. The studio is cozy, cute, & most importantly very clean. Colonics have changed my life. This has been detrimental for me being able to cleanse properly, regulate my hormones, and get my constipation in check. I am so happy to of found Samar and thankful for Longevity Lounge read more

I just had a colonic with Gianna and it was such a healing experience! She walked me through what was happening the entire time, shared health advice with me, and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I felt incredible and had way more energy right after the service. The space is beautiful and very private which is quite a contrast from other colonic spaces. It felt more like a spa day. read more

Juanita is the best colonic. Great conversationalist and holistic counselor. I think she said 15 years of experience and it shows well, she loves her job and her clients. Get any packages to save money. I've done two colonics already and I feel so much better. Better mood and less cravings. Street parking is good. They sell a bunch of stuff too. read more

Rachel is the sweetest and most caring person during my first experience with a couple of treatments.

It's been over a year since my last colonic abd I was so nervous. But Wren was so gentle and made me feel comfortable. You can tell she is very experienced. Will absolutely be back. read more

Another Gem at Longevity lounge! Gianna is amazing. She is new to Longevity Lounge, but fits in great with this team. She is so knowledgeable, helpful and really nice. I have needed colonics for several years. it is nice to have such a comfortable and welcoming place to go, to help you go. You're there for almost an hour for this treatment, and it is so nice to have someone so nice to share that time with, and to listen to you complain about all things, digestive and more. Definitely book with Gianna! read more

Longevity lounge is the best of the best. I have been getting colonics for almost ten years now due to a chronic condition. I moved to San Diego in 2021 and am so grateful that I found them. It is a clean, beautiful space and has a very peaceful energy. Juanita is incredible. She makes the process so easy and explains it thoroughly. She made me feel calm and at ease. I highly recommend Juanita for colonics and topping off my detox with some lymphatic drainage and a sauna session is also a highlight of visiting Longevity Lounge. read more

Look no further, this is your spot!!!!! I had a few colonics 6 years ago at a different facility and my experience before I would say was so so. When I started to look into treatment again, I found Rachel at Longevity lounge on Yelp and read her reviews. Honestly, she is your girl!! First off, the lounge is absolutely adorable and very welcoming and zen!! Rachel was such a pleasure to spend an hour with and makes you feel completely comfortable and educates you during each step on what to expect. I will definitely be back for more holistic treatment at longevity. read more

Rachel is a rare flower. My first hydro session with her was back in 2018 and I haven't gone to anyone else since. Samar is literally the sweetest soul. She makes getting a colonic not feel as awkward lol because, well, it kind of is but I would recommend her to anyone and Longevity Lounge in general for how clean it is and how amazing the vibe is when you are there (their lounge is the cutest and Samar's separate space is so well lit and vibrant and it is just very pleasant to sit there. My last place was very dark inside now that I sit here and think about it, anywho I digress. Thank you Samar for getting everything all reset and I hope to run into you in public to say hi read more

Longevity Lounge is truly a gem! The owner Rachel is so knowledgeable about holistic health and all of her staff members are kind and welcoming. I've been seeing Samar for my electro lymphatic massages and colonics, and she is the best! Even if you've never had a colonic, she'll make you feel extremely comfortable every step of the way and has wonderful energy. I look forward to my appointments with her and I always feel much lighter and more relaxed afterward. Highly recommend for your detox needs :) read more

Love this place! All of the therapists I've worked with are lovely. Had a recent appointment with Wren who is absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to my next appointment in March with Elizabeth. read more

My first session with Gianna was absolutely fantastic. She's incredibly skilled at what she does and created such a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. She genuinely listened to my problems and you could tell she cared deeply about helping me. I left feeling a thousand times better! I was really looking forward to going back, but unfortunately, Gianna was out of the country when I tried to rebook. So, I ended up booking with someone else. Sadly, my second appointment was a letdown. It felt like the colonic hygienist (Wren) didn't have the same enthusiasm and seemed judgmental. Plus, she was bit rough on my tummy. She claimed to have 20 years of experience, but based on my experience with her, I would have thought she was brand new. Honestly, the only reason I will be going back is to see Gianna again. read more

I have had such great experiences here for colonics. I have gone to Samar both times and always come out feeling refreshed and 1000 times lighter. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed and explains what she's going to do every step of the way. I had to cancel last minute in December because I got really sick. Samar was understanding and even checked up on me. I can't wait to see her again soon. read more

This place just expanded and I was able to experience their sauna. It's the coolest little room in this big place full of services. I ended up getting the sauna membership to add to my services. I typically see Jenna for lymph treatments and then go into hydro colon therapy with Rachel. The girls are so personable. Easy to talk to. Feel like I've known them for years, ask them anything and they will tell you. Super educated in their field. I personally have a lot of stomach issues, they have a huge networking group to refer anyone to anything. Always looking out for the betterment of their clients. After years of feeling awful, their care has helped me so much. I trust their treatments and suggestions. The new location is really nice and calming. The sauna is rad, Add that to your service and for sure you'll feel even better than you already would. These girls are making a big difference! read more

Yes! I saw Leslie for a lymph massage . I've never had the type of massage done with tool. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I really appreciate great service all around . She has caring hands and is very informative. I am excited to become even healthier with lymph massages regularly in the future after coming in. The lounge has a great energy - aesthetically pleasing and comfy cozy at the same time . I will be back ! It's a blessing to find a great place especially after recently experiencing some not so great places :) read more

Where do I start? This place is awesome. It was recommended to me via a nutritionist I trust and she as always didn't disappoint. From the easy to book process, to the quality customer service and amazingly comfortable process - I was terrified to try colon hydrotherapy and I walked away a big fan. I got a lymph massage too and although I can't see the results after only one session, my gut tells me it was very helpful and I can't wait to do more and really excel on my road to wellness. I 100% recommend this place and also try the sound healing because that was also an incredible demo I got to try and can't wait to go back! read more

Wow... the healing that takes place in this facility is truly holistic. From the moment I walked in I felt as though I was coming back into the womb: safe, secure and supported. The owners Rachel and Jenna are authentic and exceptional healers, who have attracted a staff to support their vision to enhance healing of the body, mind and soul. I have received multiple hydro colon therapy sessions from Rachel. She is an Angel. I felt mildly apprehensive and nervous at first, however her kind heart and nurturing spirit calmed me into relaxation. Definitely a life altering treatment that I highly recommend. I also received a lymphatic drainage treatment from Jenna to support my cleansing and detox process. Her use of technologically advanced instruments such as a Tesla coil and oscillating cupping machine created an effect that was profound. They also have 2 infrared saunas one of which is lined with jade stones!! Sooo cool!!! I found out that they are about to acquire a vibro-acoustic sound lounge!!!! These devices are the future of energetic healing. One dear friend has coined it the "Samadhi Machine" aka leads to Bliss and Nirvana. The Longevity Lounge IS Thee REAL Deal. I look forward to my next visit next week!! read more

Rachel Ellis, of Longevity Lounge, is truly a life-changing individual. Not only did her treatments (hydro colon therapy) change and save my life, but she as a person is calming, professional, soothing, and relaxing. These qualities are 100% CRUCIAL when receiving hydro colon therapy. If you do not relax/can't relax, neither can your intestines, which usually produces poor colonic results. However, when you can relax this equals the BEST colonic ever. I am confident in saying that Rachel (Longevity Lounge) is the best colonic technician in all of San Diego because I have been to at least 6 other colonic technicians and spas in the area. I know some of you reading this may be hesitant or fearful of such a new process but please just TRUST on this one. As a Registered Nurse, trained with my Master's from UCLA, I know how to do research and assert for myself whether a practice is safe or not, regardless of it's acceptance by Western Medicine or not. These healing modalities have been used for centuries. With my training I also feel confident in being able to assess both the mental and physical benefits of a treatment. Receiving coffee enemas, colonics and infrared sauna treatments with Rachel has changed my life, made me healthier, has detoxed my liver, and has healed me from the inside out. I can focus more, enjoy life more, I have less inflammation which means less pain and agitation, less disease processes, more of an ability to fight stress and illness, and overall it has become a part of my self-care routine because the benefits of this process cannot be replicated. Ok so enough reading. Just try it out. Also, I recommend doing 3 sessions close together for the BEST results. Like whoa. ps- Jenna (and Happy) are amazing too! read more
