Select from fresh cut-up watermelon, mangos, strawberries, cantalope, jicama, cucumbers, pineapple, papaya, cactus fruit, coconut, or a mixed bag. They'll squeeze fresh limes on it, sprinkle salt, and as much chili powder as you want. They'll give you a squewer so you can poke the pieces out of the ziplock bag. Some carts offer steamed corn on a stick, although I'm not used to the way they prepare it. They roll the corn in mayo and sprinkle it with chili powder and something kinda like parmesean cheese. It's OK but I usually stick with the fruits. Or get a bag of homemade extra crunchy potato chips. Those are excellent too.
