About an hour goes by I reach out to ask if they were still coming she says yes they got held up at Lowe's and will be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes go by I start to call to cancel the appointment but saw them pulling in my drive way. The wife came in greeted me & appeared apologetic the husband "handyman" stood behind very stand off & seemingly annoyed. He came in my home I extended my hand and he was reluctant. Brushed it off showed them upstairs to the office and kids bedroom and what I needed done. I asked how long the service would take. Initially we agreed on 2-3 hours now it was 4-5 hours and they we're over an hour late. When I challenged the timeframe, the husband then abruptly blurted out "I don't need this!" Instructed his wife to grab his tools & I followed them out of my home. I felt very uncomfortable with them in my home esp the husband. He seem very unhinged & I smelled alcohol on him as he was leaving. They also left my office a mess. Don't leave ANYTHING to weaver!

Joe was our Senior Project Manager and Chad was our project foreman. Both of them were extremely friendly, caring and understanding and they have an INCREDIBLE team of hardworking, friendly guys. They were able to complete replacement of both our barn and house roof in 1 day, and came back to do our flat roofs the next business day (because it was a different material). They were so careful, especially, with our barn because of our horses. They made sure no debris or nails fell into their paddock and they made sure to not only do the job right, but quickly on the side facing the paddock. We couldn't believe they completed both of our main roofs in one day and when they left, it was like they weren't here with how much care they took to clean up after themselves. Tarps were laid out and they walked around both the barn and house multiple times with their magnet rollers, to ensure they don't miss any nails. We couldn't believe the quality of work they provided, and their character, kindness and professionalism was top-notch and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof replaced. Since we had to replace both the roof on our barn and house, we received A LOT of quotes from companies big and small. Their quote was very reasonable and they took the time to explain everything on there, as well as answer all our questions honestly. Definitely call them!

They were so considerate that they even created a made-shift tiny kitchen (with old fridge and microwave) for us to have meals so we weren't forced to dine out for every meal.  We were kept informed every step of the way, without any surprises, and on budget.  We have been using our new kitchen almost a year now, and simply amazed and overjoyed with the superior workmanship and pleasant experience Sorensen Construction provided.  Highly recommended for any construction projects!
