She also gave me samples to try, which was appreciated when you're on a budget! I've since been back to have a contact and vision appointment, and I've had no issues with any of the products they've given! Some of the prices are a bit higher but once again, you're getting a much better quality! It's been over 5 weeks and I still haven't gotten my glasses. After 2 weeks they said, the lab lost them, and that they are ordering a brand new pair. after 4 weeks they said, they changed labs within the last 2 weeks. After 5 weeks, I went in and they told me my glasses were lost in transit and it wasn't their fault, and there was nothing they could do! I asked for my prescription and money back! THEY REFUSE!!! They couldn't give me my money back, because I didn't pay for them, they were the ones paying for the replacement pair!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE MEIJER OPTICAL AGAIN!!!

I have no way of knowing hes out of the office on 2 weekdays (Monday and Tuesday). Very unprofessional atmosphere. The optical itself is very small and right in front of the busy checkouts. So alot of noise and distraction going on while you're being seen. Overall a terrible choice. I should have never strayed from Walmart Vision Center. Never had an issue with them and they are less expensive as well.
