She gave me options from short term, in office, conservative tactics to a longer-term option of straight-forward surgery. She recommended waiting to see if the short-term option worked things out; I appreciate not rushing to do this work. She was patient, a great listener, provided options, gave me ideas on how to tackle another foot issue and slow down the degenerating process. And, a doctor is sometimes only as good as their staff.
