I've been here alone and with friends. I usually sit at the bar, have a beer or two, and typically some food. The food (burgers, pizza, wings) is surprisingly good. Taking a point off because I do believe I got food poisoning here once. The place looks like it is built to be abused. Cinder block prison-style restroom, stage that probably should have chicken wire in front of it; you get the picture. Barmaid is very nice and attentive. On Saturday afternoon, it was bumping - there were patrons at the bar and at some tables, and they were having a good time. Everyone here knows everyone else. This is the kind of place that serves Natural Light in a can. I didn't notice any draft beer, just liquor and beer in bottles/cans. Cheap drinks. I was hoping to eat, because the one other review mentioned food (and it was on the sign) but I saw no evidence of food...no one else was eating, there were no menus, etc. I didn't ask about it; had a beer or two, listened to some others chat, watched some basketball, and took off. No one was smoking in here, but you will come out smelling like smoke. It is divey, but there's nothing wrong with it. If divey is what you're into, check it out.

I don't eat hot dogs very often but this was very good. Two decent sized dogs and a bag of chips for $13, I think. The tacos were 3 for $10. The tortillas were filled with enough chicken and cheese and other things to fill me up. I was full. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Next time maybe we will order burgers.
