In my experience everyone that works in this facility is honest, fair, they want to help people and they want them to be safe. This is the first and ONLY mechanic shop that I have been to as a woman where I wasn't treated like I was a dunce or less than. The employees here explain things in a way of informing you not persuading you or intimidating you with fear that if you don't complete the job something extraordinarily bad is going to happen. They give you realistic expectations on how much more you can drive until you need to really get it done which helps people that are on a budget. I think the prices are higher on average but the amount of service, attention, and thoroughness you get the price is very fair! I recommend this place to everyone I know especially women because I know how important it is to feel safe with mechanics and not like they are trying to get over on you! They did a complete inspection of my vehicle and emailed me the report, including pictures of the things they found wrong. I had no idea that my brakes were close to being bad, as well. They submitted a claim to my warranty company, but it got denied. That's a story for the review I wrote on that company's page. Luckily, Christian Brothers uses Affirm to allow you to finance your balance due. They walked me through how to sign up for it, and once everything was set, got to work on my car. I am very glad that they provide shuttle service if you live in the area. I took my car in at 7AM, and the work was completed around 4:30PM. I didn't have to sit in their waiting area all that time. I picked up my car and was only gone for about 5 minutes when I received a call from them. There has been some missed communication, and the guys in the shop had not done the alignment I had paid for. They told me to bring my car by any time to get it done. I give them a lot of credit for that phone call. They could have easily pocketed my money without performing the service, but they were honest about it. I stopped by the next morning and they got me right in.

The car technician said the whole cover needed to be replaced and we can't do that today as we don't have the parts on us. Then they charge $85.19 to tell me they can't fix it today. Very helpful at the end of the day but $85 to do nothing and charge tax twice on the receipt and a card fee when I paid cash which I mentioned and he said nothing about. CRAZY :/

After initially taking it to useless Flow Volkswagen (don't ever go there...for anything...), we took it to Twin City. And unlike Flow, who's mechanics must've trained on Tonka Toys, the guys at Twin City actually lifted the dern hood and actually put their hands on the engine. They were able to correctly diagnose the problem and sadly it was catastrophic engine failure. While disappointed, their owner offered a fair price for the car, and even told me he'd fix it up to help someone else out. Don't find many car shop owner willing to do that. Needless to say, the folks at Twin City won me over and I'll be bringing my newer used Volkswagen to them for it's regular oil change next month. I then had it towed to Twin City Euro and immediately got great service from Jacob from start to finish. They were glad to do the motor swap $3,000 cheaper than the previous shop. Had it towed the same day I first spoke to Jacob (not in the schedule) and they had it done in 4 days. Not to mention it was dropped off the day before the 4th of July holiday .The technician worked overtime and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Jacob kept me up to date with the progress and I have to say they will have my business from here on out. I recommend anybody that needs Euro car repair to check these guys out. My husband and daughter both took their cars there on a Sunday. Husband only needed a tune up and my daughter got a whole set of tires on hers. They always want to call not long after you've dropped the vehicle off with some type of upcharge. It's always you need this, that and then some. We get our vehicles serviced on the regular, so they shouldn't need more work done to them. There's a lot of new faces around, and it doesn't seem as if they know what they're doing. I was more confident when a manager name Jason used to be there, him and his crew were solid it seemed like. It's like you can't just drop it off for a regular oil change without them calling saying you need this and that done.
