The staff I interacted with was very helpful. Before bringing my car for service, I asked if diagnostic fee was removed if I had repairs done there. I was told that the fee is included in repair price. Well it is added to repair price. There is two diagnostic fees since they had to go deeper? That's a thing I guess. After telling me what the best course for repairs would be I was told it would be $1900 plus tax to replace 4 coil packs which I just replaced 4 months earlier but they said they were bad. I also needed some new clips due to age deteriorating plastic. This was what the two diagnostic fees said I needed. Well the next day the car still didn't work right. I was told that I could bring it back but there would be another diagnostic fee!!! No break, not even an I'm sorry we got it wrong. $2300 dollars out the window and I'm back where I started. read more

tom landick the owner tried to steal my 4 motion valance! I went in for body work and paint. I have been a loyal customer since 2010. The audacity and disrespect as well as unprofessional is disappointing to say the least. I came to the shop to have the front bumper taken off which had my front valance( 4 motion lip). I had another bumper in better condition along with a gli valance to be painted and installed along with hood and driver fender. When I came to pick up my car I was totally disappointed with the paint job, he said they tried to match but couldn't but they didn't even bother trying to blend in. I went home not wanting to get into an argument. When I got home I realized I forgot my old bumper and front valance. When I returned to the shop tom came out with just the front valance (4 motion lip)and said that his tech was asking if I would take $50. I declined. I drove home and on the way home I realized, why go through the trouble of taking my valance of the bumper. He planned on keeping my 4 motion valance He knew the value of it and tried to steal it! I've read all the reviews and they are accurate and on point! I had my car towed here after my fuel pump went bad. The bleed for money begins the minute they get your car. It starts with $135 to "diagnose" the car even when you know what is wrong with it. Then they start with a variety of things are wrong or will be going wrong soon with dire warnings if things aren't repaired. One fuel pump turned into 1k of work. Once repaired about a month after it went there, I arrive to pick up my car. They are acting strange and won't look at me once I get my keys. I go out to get in my car and my driver window is all the way down and won't go back up. I go back in and ask why didn't you tell me the window is down and won't go back up, you certainly had no problem telling me everything else you found wrong with the car!" I asked why the window was even put down in the first place and they came up with this crap story about having to put windows down (in Jan) in case they accidentally lock keys in the car. I tell them once the window wouldn't go back up, why (since it was on them) didn't they at least get the window back up in the middle of January. The owner or manager had this smug little smurk on his face and said, we'd be happy to diagnose and fix the problem for you. It might be cheap, it might be expensive you never know. I told them all what a group of scam unprofessionals they are and that I would not give them another penny. Save yourself some time and lots of money and go somewhere else. They are clearly in the business of taking advantage of people. Addtionally, I looked at the reviews before going here and went back wondering, how can their reviews be so good. I had front end damage on my 2010 VW Beetle and after 3 weeks my right front headlight blew off upon coming from Kernersville,NC. I went to another repair shop to find out that Euro didn't complete the work. The front left/right headlight assembly was not put in correctly and also broken by Euro. I spent close to $5,000 dollars and placed my faith in their rep. They failed me by not assembling my headlights correctly and possibly breaking them. Called to see if the do oil changes for Ferraris. The (supposed) owner said yes. I then asked how much would it run. Instead of answering the question, he said: I don't think someone who owns a Ferrari should have to ask how much an oil change is. Ever since Tom moved in the new facility he has become more and more arrogant and argumentative when dealing with him. I feel they take on and in too many vehicles because their turnaround is atrocious. My car sat there for six months and every time that I called they swore that It was inside the facility and they were checking it out. When finally I physically went over to the shop and I found my car in the far corner weather beaten with a inch of dirt on it. Just sitting in the sun. I have never left my vehicle under the elements. It has always been garaged. When I went to retrieve it to take it to another facility the tire was flat the and the rubber around the windows were dried and cracked from sitting in the intense sun all summer long. He actually had the nerve to have an attitude when I picked up my vehicle. When I took it to the next shop. I let them know what I thought it was and they listened. I believed it was the alternator and I was correct the vehicle was repaired the same day. So my car sat at Everything Euro for six months for an alternator. A part that any parts store stocks or can be ordered and shipped in a matter of a few days. Tom is under the impression that because our only alternative from the dealership is him. So he treats you as such. His very abrasive attitude toward me I found it unforgivable. I have come to the sad conclusion that I must sell my Audi that I love because getting it serviced in this city has become utterly impossible. Everything Euro has made me become more patriotic. I have a performance tuned MK7 GTI and needed to get my 40k DSG service done. I called EVERYWHERE, and Everything Euro was hands down the most reasonably priced. It's where I wanted to take it anyway, as their reputation is phenomenal and they are known as the best "speed shop" and European repair center in the county. I called them at 9:30, dropped it off at 10, and had the DSG service and oil change done before 1pm. Granted, it's best to make an appointment, but my schedule lately has prevented me from doing that, and they were able to work me in. Their driver is a fellow VW nut (have him show you pics of his previous decked out MK7 GTI) who dropped me off and picked me back up when it was completed. The pricing for the oil change was cheaper than any quick stop type of place too, and they use better oil. I also prefer to have guys doing these things that really know the car. So, don't pay those ridiculous dealership prices and take that German made car here. They can do the repairs you need and also take care care of the maintenance you should be doing. It's also the place to go if you want some performance tuning done. Their waiting area is clean, they have snacks and drinks for the taking, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I can't speak highly enough of Tom and everyone at this shop. Every detail here is perfect, from the clean and organized lobby to the no-BS techs. I came in to get an oil leak fixed that had been identified by another reputable shop as an oil pan reseal job with an additional cam girdle leak. Tom had me bring the car into the shop so he could get a second pair of eyes on it before he went ahead with the job. He figured out that a leak from the timing cover was the real issue, along with a drain plug seep. He got the work done quickly, and also did a full timing chain/tensioner replacement service (I had the old crappy part, thanks VW) and DSG fluid service for under half of what my previous shop quoted. I have taken my car to Everything Euro for all service. I went there because of the reviews I found online. I have a warranty that came with the car with a deductible. Every time I have had work completed I end up with a new check engine light within less than 75 miles being put on the car. Every time I am told it is a new warranty issue and will cost me my $300 deductible again plus tax, parts not covered and other issues not covered so the bill climbs higher and higher. My latest issue was fixed on Friday and I picked up my car. By Saturday (less than 25 miles later) I had another check engine light on. The fuel pump was replaced and now I have an e-vac check engine light but they feel this has nothing to do with them or the work they did and to diagnose and fix it will be another $300 deductible. Every single time I have taken my car to them and had them to repair it I have another check engine light within a few miles of driving it. This is the one time to many that they have done this. I am done. No more will I take my car to someone who doesn't stand behind their work. I have dealt with car mechanics for years but I have never seen a shop with this attitude about their work. read more
