I have had the pleasure of working with each of them and I have to say I am very impressed. They take the time to really understand your concerns and make sure they go above and beyond to give you the highest quality of care. Others have mentioned the prices, but the prices are very reasonable given the care and expertise given. I would rather pay more than Walmart prices and get real medical treatment for a good price than save a little and get subpar treatment. You only get one set of eyes, and I am glad mine are in such good hands!

This time, I purchased a very nice pair (tho expensive) of glasses and was very happy with them... frames included! I knew I was probably out of luck, but I called anyway, wondering if they thought they might be able to repair the damaged glasses. The receptionist was VERY nice, and asked me to bring them in, and they would check them out. I left them there, and a few hours later, I got a call, telling me they indeed were able to repair them. I came in, they had me sit to get 're-fitted'. A little touch up here and there, and they were perfect! Yea!! The kicker?? They repaired them *perfectly* for No Charge! Is that Customer Service or not!?? Go there!

I learned that I have a minor astigmatism, and he was really helpful in explaining what that means and how it could affect my vision. He talked to me about options for eyewear, but he did not come off salesy at all. I could tell he wanted what was best for me, and he was NOT trying to make a sale.
