Whether it be the portion size of a Taco Bell burrito, or they don't even read my order. Today I ordered a burrito using a jalapeño cheddar tortilla and toasted, and got neither. If I ever order online, even though the first item on the receipt for my order that is printed and taped to my burrito specifically says "jalapeño cheddar tortilla", it was a normal flour tortilla. And this isn't the first time that has happened, I think maybe in 5 times trying to order my burrito with that tortilla I've received it once. Just so ready for Chipotle opens up, then Hot Head will finally be dead to me.

Our boys' ice cream was accidentally made without the Oreos, and while mistakes happen, what impressed us most was how Tiffany handled it. She was walking around checking on guests, asked how everything was, and immediately made it right with a smile and a genuinely positive attitude. She also mentioned how hard the team works to keep the restaurant clean, especially the restrooms, and I have to agree the bathrooms were spotless and very well maintained. Tiffany was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. It's employees like her who make people want to come back. Great food, excellent service, and a clean restaurant. Tonight, as is often the case, the side salad was in the bag on top of the hot food. If it had stayed there for the twenty minute ride home, it would have been well and truly wilted. I removed it but it was late, and dark, and I didn't see that the salad was also not fresh: some of the lettuce had black slimy bits. The raspberry topping was missing from the order. When I went inside the store to get the raspberry topping, the kid who was helping me tried to give me a packet of raspberry salad dressing. At least when I did get the actual topping there was a solid lid on the container rather than the dome lid with the large hole on top that seems to be Culver's default when it is ordered to-go (this makes NO sense to me when you're filling to-go orders: people need to get their food home without spilling it. Those dome lids are the next best thing to handing customers cups of topping without any lid at all). Just a little common sense and attention to detail would make me a happy customer. Sad to say, at the Troy Culver's I can't remember the last time all the items ordered were in the bag, or that there wasn't something wrong with the food itself. This all really makes me think I'd rather skip Culver's and just go somewhere else.

We called back to tell them what had happened and the person from Papa Johns got VERY rude and called our employee, who is a fireman / paramedic, a liar. He then hung up on him. The firefighter decided to go back to the store and try to get the bread sticks. The manager made him come to his office and told him that he would have to leave or he would call the police. This is crazy! Just over bread sticks! Never ordering from ANY Papa Johns again! By the way, I had to put one star to post this. Should have put none!

Pro tip for papa John's if you change an order to door dash you should immediately let the customer know that a change has been made to the delivery status of the order
