The two stars are because they have great customer service and because the Ice cream and onion rings are good. I wish I could say the food was good but I cannot. The haddock bites i ordered were so bad I took 2 bites before tossing it all. My parents threw out their fish as well. My aunt had ordered a clam roll. She ate a little but said it didn't taste good and clams were clumped together. She was sick all day afterwards but I cant say for sure it was the food. The manager was really nice and did offer to comp all of the food but we ate some fries and the roll and coleslaw and so we only accepted 10 dollars. He wanted us to take the money but it is a small business and maybe it is just personal preference. I love the haddock over at kimball farms and for myself I think ill stick to ice cream only at the high tide.
