    So I haven't been to a Long Johns Silvers in over 10 years! Seeing this one along my drive I was so excited and confused at the same time! I didn't know they still had them around. I made a drive thru run so I could order a bunch of stuff and try it all while I was traveling. First thing there was to notice was the lady that was on the intercom. She didn't greet me, just started with what do you want to order....alright well hello to you! Once I was ready to make my order she took down all I asked for and asked did I want any sauce, that was nice! Once I get to the window I preceded to say hi and how's your day going and she doesn't even look at me or reply hi back, so I said it again. The second time she replied and was real short with me. Customer service is so important to me and I feel like every restaurant should let their employees know it means so much! When I opened my meal, it looked pretty good! The fries were cold, the chicken was not good in my opinion but the fish and the two shrimp were great! The hush puppies which is the main reason I loved LJS forever ago was because of them. They were ok this time. Tasted like they possibly had been sitting. I would recommend ordering a fish meal or a fish meal with shrimp since those two were the best things! The funny thing to me that I truly don't remember from the last time I went to a LJS was the sides. They only had onion rings, fries, Cole slaw or hush puppies. I was wishing they had green beans or something healthy to go with all my fried food lol. All in all I was excited but they really need to work on the customer service and serving hot food! I promise you no one wants cold food...! I would only try again if I was in the area.

    Super clean and friendly location. The manager went out of his way to ensure that we had a good experience. We ordered Long John Silvers and food came out quickly and tasted as expected. Staff were all nice. Of all the Long John Silver's in this area, this is definitely the best one! Keep up the good work!

    Stopped in today for reasons that could only be described as "unfathomable." The staff was rude as hell, which I've come to expect from fast food places in general. The food was hot, but instead of the coleslaw I asked for, I was given nasty, soggy fries. Of course, I wasn't going back in to deal with their rude staff to fix the issue, so I ended up throwing those away. The real kicker, though, was the fact that the place was out of cocktail sauce. A SEAFOOD place being out of cocktail is inexcusable. Check out the size of my son's chicken plank, though! That's some value!

    Dried fried fast food taco trio. I feel that I just made this at home and bought it from the grocery store only to microwave it.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

    The employees are no where to be found or they ignore you. By the time they come to the register it…read moreis just to tell you that they will be with you in a minute. Just be prepared for a wait. On top of that I ordered 5 bean burritos and 2 of them I did a up charge to add potato. When I got home there was no potato in none of them. I thought maybe I wasn't tasting it so I opened them up and no potato in sight. I mean if I knew I wasn't going to get the potato I would of not do the up charge which was a recommendation. I ordered one supreme beef burrito with extra beef and two chicken planks, but when I got home which is a 30 minute drive, I got one chicken plank. I called the place and on the third try they finally picked up, and they told me they will give me the second one when I visit again but this is something that you guys need to work on making sure the order is right. I know the place gets very crowded, mistakes happen. So I'm not going totally off. But it's just one little thing can make a very big difference and I want to make sure that it doesn't happen with a customer who is extreme. So just take care of these little things. Thank you for offering the other chicken playin and I hope that this mistake does not happen again I posted the first review six days ago and now six days later I am posting one again. They gave me the missing chicken plank that I ordered. But today,I went to Taco Bell, Same location and ordered what I usually order and asked for extra hot sauce and they gave me extra honey mustard sauce. You guys really need to work on making sure the order is right for the people and not making these little mistakes. Thank you
