I didn't get a chance to stop in the Nature Center/museum & shop, but went through all the trails…read morein the back. They were beautiful! Totally clearly marked and easy to walk. Definitely a good place for kids. A couple muddy spots as expected after the rain but you're good as long as you have sneakers on. As soon as I started on the trail I saw four huge white tailed deer. Be on the lookout for them! There's a nice little bridge and some walkways all along the trails. When you get to the bridge you can continue into Rancocas State Park and walk for miles and miles more. However, that section is open to hunting so staying on the Nature Center side is a good idea. The trails are open from dawn to dusk. Check out the Center's website for the museum & store hours. They also have all kinds of events for kids and families. And nature yoga! Can't wait to go back here in the spring!

If I'm not mistaken it's name is Smithville Lake... They also have a few different parking areas... There are also quite a few historical buildings on site... They do have tours but you should come here in person or check the website...

I love taking my dog here, it's a really fun hiking trail with lots of gorgeous views, they have a huge play ground and the historic buildings are so fun to look at too, I just wish i could get there for one of the tours some day! It's very clean and soothing to sit on the trails and watch the wildlife, they have a kayak launch that looks pretty fun too but I haven't tried that yet! It's a relatively easy loop and it's well marked so you can't get lost (I have no sense of direction so bonus points for that!) they also host festivals here sometimes which are lovely I've been to a few for animal rescues in the past!

Right on the Delaware River, take a look across at neighboring Pennsylvania, the Burlington-Bristol bridge, and stroll along a paved mile-long path for a nice walk. There are also basketball courts and picnic areas to spend a peaceful day outside. The park is located just a block from downtown Burlington's business district. Dogs must be leashed.

This is the be all, do all park. Now, at 60, it is one of the best morning bike ride places that I've experienced. And it being local to my mother. Ride and see mom. The park is clean, and the trail is, for the most part, clear of debris. There are access points where you may see people going to the water with canoes. This part has been here a very long time and still a peaceful place to exercise

There is a little sign on the front window "closed for the season after August 24th." We are so disappointed. They should have put something up one their website. It looks so nice too. On a positive note they were allowed to play at the park outside the gated section so they're happy about that.

A brand new Dog park at Eastampton Gardens apartment complex. A new amenity for the pet parents…read more The facility is pretty large and it is for both small and large dogs. When you approach and please ask if the dogs inside is friendly just as a logical precaution. I went there today and the dog inside was not good with other dogs. I have a beautiful super sweet husky and left quickly. There aren't many dog parks around here so I'm happy to have one so close.
