A few singletons wandered in while we were there. First off, it's a small place and not what I expected. They only had a few of their own beers on tap. I went with an EBC Strawberry-Rhubarb. It was good and I would order it again. I was expecting more of their beers but they did round out the tap selection with other OK beers. The Hubs had a Roughtail. We were starving so I ordered the smoked brisket mac 'n cheese and he ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza. We specifically asked if the pizza was good and made in house (because honestly, I was getting the vibe that this might be a heat 'n eat kind of place). We were told they make their own crusts. They do but know that it is a totally whole wheat crust, quite dark and doughy. It's just a different take on pizza. If there was chicken on the pizza it was very finely chopped. It was almost like they used a Buffalo chicken dip for the topping. The mac 'n cheese was unremarkable and the brisket was doused in BBQ sauce. We didn't finish either. Service was friendly and I hope we just caught them on a bad night. I was just expecting a lot more. I would visit again. I love hometown breweries and that's probably why this is a three star and not a two.

These bar has various options for seating from sitting at the bar, on a sofa multiple tables and chairs. It looks like they also have music playing at times as they have a stage set up.

Not only did that mean that there was something for everyone, but it's clear they've got drive - there's an engine for innovation here that may well produce a major breakthrough. I'll be excited to see what they do. My favorite of the 10 we sampled was the whiskey barrel-aged CH150, dark and rich with a deep and complex flavor. Perfect for winter. There's no food yet, but they have menus from the pizza place and within minutes our order arrived. I honestly would not have noticed the difference if I hadn't called it in. One of the members of our group did not drink alcohol, but they had options for him as well- including a house-made root beer that is apparently so popular they keep running out. They also stock Oklahoma wines which was honestly not bad - the Tempranillo was probably better than anything I've had from other states in the region. Well done there. CRBC has a great emphasis on community - they were resetting the room after morning yoga when we walked in, host regular live music, and apparently bingo is quite popular. What I like most about this place is that it represents hope. There's a sense of possibility that exists here - and that was before we'd even sampled any of the product. Holly and the rest of the team radiate positivity and are dedicated to building and contributing to the community. That's refreshing and exciting for the town. And it's going to be up to the community to support their efforts so they can keep building and making those breakthroughs. I hope that they do. I'm excited to see it happen and look forward to visiting again.

Prices - I don't know the area, but we stayed next door at the Hilton Garden and the prices at Bricktown were half the price for the same menu items at the hotel. Overall - I'll definitely be back if I visit Lawton again.

The meatloaf itself was very dry and overcooked on the outside, making it tough and crumbly. It lacked flavor and didn't have the comforting, hearty feel that meatloaf should have. The char on the outside overpowered the dish rather than adding anything to it. As a certified food critic, consistency matters. A customer should receive the same quality whether they're dining in or ordering to go. I hope Brick Town Brewery takes this feedback seriously and works toward delivering the same standard of food across all orders.
