The contractors who initially built our shower were not competent and Lonnie was very helpful in pointing out the problems with how it was built, while we were soliciting bids. Thank goodness he did, because it prompted us to get our shower rebuilt which saved us from potentially even worse problems we found out later on. There were some delays getting the glass due to supply chain issues, but A to Z was good about updating us on the status of when the glass was going to be completed and ready for installation. Once they had the glass ready, A to Z showed up promptly and had the job completed in a day.
