We could not be any happier with UWD of Atlanta. We always get 3 quotes for any major renovation…read moreand their quote saved us over 10k from the next closest estimate. Charlie showed us different options of things that we could do to save money without changing the footprint. Eugeniy kept us informed on the timeline as the windows were being made and then as the installation crew were installing. The installation crew were very tidy, professional and had all 32 windows installed in 2 days. Eugeniy stopped by to inspect the work. Completely seamless for us and by far our easiest home renovation project. I highly recommend Universal Windows Direct Of Atlanta.

The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. We will definitely be back in the future for other windows in our home!

I have been looking to re-stain and re-screen my deck. I got a quote from Kaveh and he promised…read morevery high-quality work. We agreed on the work to be done and in addition I even hired him to pressure wash the driveway and my house. He was not the cheapest. he was coming one week and didn't show up. He just saw me outside one day as he was driving by and mentioned he would come the following week. He started with the pressure wash. To my surprise when I came home the paint on my front window was washed away. If the paint was not in good shape and it started peeling he should've stopped and let me know so I would make a decision. At this point it was too late. In addition there were parts of the front of the house that still had green algae. I had to point it out to him and ask him to wash it. He did it a Couple weeks later. Once the deck work started he kept trying to change what we had agreed on. I felt bullied to get things done the way he wanted. He would argue and argue on and on. One example is I wanted the screens to be individually framed so that they could be easily removed to be cleaned out. He framed the screens but nailed them. This defeated the purpose of me re-screening my deck. My previous screens were in good condition they were just not individually framed. In addition, I wanted the screens to be installed from the outside. He argued with me for two days that the best way to do it would've been from the inside. I listen to his bad advice and allowed him to install from the inside. The problem now is that leaves keep getting stuck between the frame and the screen and since I can't remove the screens because he nailed them I can't clean it out. He kept cutting corners and I could see that the job was getting done very badly. One example is that the screens built were all warped and I could put a finger through the side of the screen and the frame of my deck. When I asked him to fix it he said that he would take care of it, which he did on a couple but others he just caulked around it and made it look like he had fixed it. Which makes it even more difficult to remove the screens. In addition there was one screen that had he built with a tear in it and he put some caulk on the tear to hide it. I had to call him after the job was done when I noticed it to have him fix it. The paint job on the deck was very subpar. In between the boards it doesn't even have paint. When he installed the screens he scratched the paint he had already put in. On the last day he was working I asked him for touching up those things and he told me that he would leave me some paint (as if it was a favor to me) and I could do the Touch up myself. At this point I was so tired of having to tell him things and having him argue with me to do the things the way he wanted. Once again I felt bullied into doing something I didn't want. The quality was extremely poor. He painted the porch but painted the stucco as well. now I have to get the stucco touched up. He left trash around my yard. I have some flagstone in the backyard that now have splashed paint in it. The rain gutter that attaches to the deck and should've been painted was only half painted and he never even attached it back. There is splashed paint on my windows on the back of my house. Anytime I mentioned any of these things to him he would say that this is outside of the house it shouldn't matter and also that I am the only one that will notice these things, anyone else would not care about it. Well this is my house and I hired somebody to do the job as we had agreed. I hope that this review help someone out there, I hope nobody has to go through the stress that I went through and that no one has to pay a very large amount of money to actually not enjoy their own deck. Every time I look at it now I am upset. I regret hiring Kaveh Izadi. His company is called Just remodeling. I have pictures of all these things I mentioned. If anyone wants more details PM me.
