Update: Monday, July 18 2022------ I called them around…read more12:45pm today and right away I was connected and spoke with a lovely woman who said that when they got the order they only had one in stock and that she emailed me to ask if I wanted them to send the one, otherwise they would wait until they got more and send both together -- and that today they got more and would be sending it out to me via USPS in a shipping envelope. I asked if she would please send me a confirmation and the tracking order when it went out and she said she would. Apparently an automatic confirmation email should have been sent to me when I placed the order, as well. I have 2 gmail addresses that I've been using for many years. Gmail now connects multiple addresses, so that users can jump between them easily. Both before and after I spoke with them on the phone, I combed through both accounts, searching for "Fred Lake" and "fredlake.com" in all inboxes. I did a separate search solely in my automatic Spam folders for each address and visually looked though all of the emails in those folders starting from the date I placed the order. The only results I come up with are the PayPal confirmation from day and time I placed the order and my own emails to them, which do not have replies. I confirmed with the woman on the phone which email address she had written to when asking about the inventory issue and it sounds like she has my correct address! I made sure she had my correct shipping address and she did, so we'll see what happens! She was extremely friendly and took time to listen to what I had to say and answer my questions. She was located at the company's home office in Dallas -- they seem to be a relatively small company and I really hope that this gets cleared up so that I can change this review to 5 stars!!
