He was out the next day in the time window he gave me & proceeded to install everything needed after making sure the cameras & lights were placed properly i.e., where they would be most likely to capture motion whether animal or people. He walked me thru how they worked etc & it was most helpful. I've been working with him on another project & he's provided the pro's & cons for each step. While I was initially cranky that what I wanted to do vs what was feasible once he explained his reasoning & why it would not work. I respected his approach with me & in realizing the logistics in this situation, he absolutely nailed it. He did provide me with an alternative way & looks like that's what I'm going with. Bottom line, he's knowledgeable, really good at his job & he put me at ease. Will definitely use his services again & I've shared his info w my friends.

We had a good experience with Anova, they literally had a blank slate which to work with. We…read moretotally redesigned our master bathroom, getting rid of our garden tub and creating a bigger wall in tiled shower along with adding a linen closet. In addition to that we changed the footprint of our kitchen by tearing down a ledge bar and adding a flat granite countertop along with a new back splash. Overall the project took about 5 weeks (give or take) with a couple of bumps but not anything major. The staff (Randy, Derrick, Jim, Hector) were very responsive and it was finally completed! I would recommend Anova overall as we also learned several surprises during our remodel, the floor and toilet was included as well as the granite. We were ready to pay for all but were surprised and thankful after all said and done. Matt and his staff made billing easy, I only had to worry 2 checks and they split the payment up over time and the other times we paid we used a cashless system which was awesome!!! ADDENDUM TO PREVIOUS POST…read more The subject of my previous posting regarding this company was about perceived dishonesty on their part. In truth, we had no problem with the service provided. As my husband says, they did such a fine job, it looks as if the house has been freshly painted. We were charged more than what we were quoted with no explanation. Our phone calls received no response until this morning. Mike called me personally and said that it was merely a communication error on their part and that he would be refunding our money. He said that Precision Pressure Wash and Painting, Inc. prides itself on its integrity and that he believed I jumped the gun on my posting, that I hadn't given him adequate opportunity to respond. To that, I admit, he may be correct. Perhaps it is unreasonable to expect a response inside of a 24hour period. I believe Mike Phillips to be an honorable man and a man of his word. I eagerly await the refund check.
