This is a story about a Dallas to Houston road trip gone awry, that happened as I was leaving on a…read moreweekend evening after all the tire shops had closed. It started with the telltale 'thump-thump-thump-thump' sound of a tire that had a hex bolt - including washer - impaling one of the rear tires. After pulling over into a major truck stop that included 7 different flavors of cappuccinos, (but not a single sealing foam for tires!), I was about to give up when I spotted a couple of Mexican tow-truck drivers hanging-out outside. Since my tire was still fully inflated, they told me to drive down I-45 to this joint that was straight out a of Mexican 'Vulcanizadora' casting agency, but with better tires, cleaner facilities and great service. 14 minutes and $8 later, I was back on the road with a patched tire. ¡Viva Mexico! ~ land of practicality. I went to this shop today and they gave me the hardest time I basically did their job today "Jorge…read more" was the name of the guy that "help" but didn't want to do his job so first I went at 11am and he supposedly took the right pictures and documentation , he didn't bc later 2 hours after the insurance told me he had to send a bubble test , I knew he didn't even care do to bc he told me to leave right away after only taking a few pictures not even checking with them if that's all or with his manager if he didn't know how to do an insurence claim , he proceeded to tell me he sent everything they needed to insurence and I could leave and he would call me back to let me know what they said , he didn't call not even to tell me they haven't answer I had to go back and call the insurence myself and figure out what they wanted at this point I could of send them the pictures or staid the whole time if he would of told me I needed to stay as well never did they try to reach back to insurence or call them to get me help they didn't send enough proof insurence has to tell me what to send next bc they apparently can't do their job of an insurence claim also they told me they would take 1-2 weeks sometimes and the insurence laughed and told me they never take that long only takes 30 min to approve with the right communication they clearly didn't have ! I'm super disappointed in how they treat people and if the insurence claim pays everything they should treat all customers right bc we are the reason they have a job why wouldn't they ? After 4 -5 hours of waiting and me having to call every second of every step they finally got it done and didn't even apologize for the wait they could care less but were very happy once insurence approved they changed their attitudes after I did there whole job basically and the manager Nick was there he could of help his employee if he knew Jorge didn't know how to handle insurence claims but he didn't of course he wanted to blame the insurence but the insurence was very helpful and told me he was missing documents the whole time he treated me so bad I hope jorge gets the right training with insurence claims

Owner AK, states one thing and does another. Max the manager lies and throws bs around to cover up his inept behavior. Cut the fiberglass body without permission, put gouges in a brand new custom steering wheel.. Doesn't replace existing hardware. Doesn't follow simple instructions, doesn't communicate. Beware of this shop.
