The staff were very nice and friendly, and offered their opinions on which beers our group would enjoy. They had a large sampling of IPAs, pale ales, lagers, and sours. My fave beers are stouts which they aren't known for so I e only got one pour each and headed out but enjoyed the ones we chose.

There was a great community of people of all ages visiting while we were there in August. It really has a great vibe. We happened to be going on my partners birthday and we got beer tokens for a full flight which was really fantastic. We had a great afternoon trying the menu and ordering food from the food truck. I wish there had been more vegetarian options there but things were good. Service is at the counters and there never was a long wait for anything. Bathrooms were super clean and the staff were really friendly.

I enjoyed the pours along the way: white, curieux, and some onsite only beers one a tart cherry flavor. The tour was more than enough beer so we visited the food truck onsite for delicious potato salad, pretzel breadsticks with beer cheese and my friend loved her hot lobster roll. The place is so great with onsite parking, beer garden outdoor space, indoor seating, and a cool merch area where I got a cool leather keychain and lapel pins. I'll be back and would even do the tour again.

Inside, outside, they have both. Plenty of space, and friendly owners. They just opened in May of this year after a long time of getting certified and licensed. Located in Limerick in the space formerly occupied by Gniess Brewing. The space is largely quite similar with a view of the entire brewing system greeting you once you walk inside. Weather didn't allow for us to enjoy it but they have a fantastic looking outside area too! Side not for when you walk inside, they also got a little library for those who love books. My wife was surprised but loved it and snagged two good sounding books. Beer wise they had two offerings with a possibly third house brewed beer tomorrow. They had a Hefeweizen (named and inspired by the former brewery in the space) as well as a Kolsch. My wife and I got both and we enjoyed them very much, two great beers especially for a newly opened brewery. Besides their own beers they had guest taps, guest cans, as well as other alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Plenty of options for everyone to get a drink they'd enjoy! To note, kids welcome with supervision and dogs allowed outside with only service dogs inside. They also had a food cart who was opening for their first day today as well with a variety of hot dogs and subs. I suspect a variety of food options will be available during their times open. Due to the nature of just opening the line did get quite long for ordering but expected with a newly opening spot with a crowd wanting to check it out. First of all the place is very cool! There are pinball machines and they even had a FIFA soccer area for the kids to play soccer in. They also had Jenga and cornhole. Anything that keeps my kids entertained while I enjoy a flight is a plus for me. We visited Shipyard twice and each time I got a flight. I loved trying all their beer! From their original beer, to their summer ale, to their blueberry, watermelon, and beyond, everything was quite delicious. The bartenders were very very nice and offered tastings of anything I wanted to try. They also have food available and the pizza was very good. I really enjoyed visiting Shipyard and of course I had to bring some souvenir glasses home. I'll definitely visit again when I'm up in Maine.

But what I was interested in was their red snapper hot dogs. Can only get these in Maine. I get them every time I come home. We placed our order. Got our buzzer, and found a seat. When the buzzer went off, we had to go in the back to pick up our food. The set up was a little weird. There was a design that said closed for private event. But also said pick up food around the corner. I've never been here before. Seemed a little confusing to go where the private event was taking place. The room we sat down in was dark, decorated in hallowed. A lot of AI pictures of the shipyard pumpkin head with celebrities on the wall. Orange shaggy fur all over the walls. Purple lights hanging from the ceiling. Red snapper was good. Can only have mustard on hot dogs. Change my mind. I also like white onions but they didn't have any. My aunt ordered buffalo chicken pizza and pepperoni pizza. It's a thin crust. The pizza was good. The edges were too hard to eat. My uncle got a hazelnut beer. He didn't really like it. His second beer he just got the light lager. That was fine he said. Me, I don't drink beer. So I got a black cherry Eli's soda, which is my favorite soda when I come home.
