I have accounts at different banking institutions, and PNC is by far my favorite bank to work with. Emma and Joe are great to help me manage all of my accounts. They are very professional and are willing to help you in every way possible. They give you true expert advice. They never force or push you into accounts or products that you don't want. Emma and Joe will also go over any fine print or questions you may have. You will never have a surprise charge or fee for an account. The front tellers are outstanding! Sandra, Frank, and Jayshri always greet me with a smile. Unlike some of the miserable tellers at other banks, these tellers do not seem annoyed that I am making a simple deposit, and are always having a conversation with me. Like Emma and Joe, they go above and beyond to making my experiences at PNC bank a great one. They are very efficient. The longest I have ever waited to be seen was no more then a minute, and that is not an exaggeration. I especially like how when one teller is helping me, that teller is not having a personal conversation with the others. Their focus is on me and my transactions. I think that Frank, Sandra, and Jayshri are one of the key factors that make my experiences at PNC of Florham Park a great one! All in all I think the PNC Bank branch in Florham Park is exceptional. Every time I walk into this branch, I'm always greeted with a "hello". My wait time is never a long one. I have a PNC branch closer to my house, but I would rather drive the extra minutes to be helped by this branch. Emma, Frank, Joe, Jayshri, and Sandra go to great lengths to help make my time at PNC Bank of Florham Park a great one. I would highly recommend this branch to all PNC Bankers, and if you do not already have account with this bank, I would strongly suggest you do! The customer service is fantastic, and the best I have ever had.

There have been so many issues that I honestly don't know where to start…read more.. -We have had issues with ants in the apartments and cars, theft of property, and car break-ins -The water gets shut off several times a month for a line break, then the residents end up paying outrageous water bills because the property is not maintaining the plumbing... The property manager kept informing all of us tenants that Conservice (third-party utility biller) was issuing a credit and we tenants would see a credit soon. About a week later, the manager, office rep, and several maintenance personnel had put their 2 weeks' notice in. I'm sorry, but a statement like this clearly shows there are even more problems we don't even know about.....other than $250 water bills for a family of four!!! -They try to fix problems in the cheapest way possible. Our neighbor had a refrigerator leak they had put several work orders in for, the solution was to tape the back (three times) until he threatened to call the Better Business Bureau, then finally they agreed to replace his fridge. Afterward, the old fridge sat outside our doors for two months (which was not safe for kids due to sharp plastic and metal pieces). -Our refrigerator door handle broke about a month ago...and it's completely understandable why..... there were screws on top of other screws. (photo attached). -Our carpet was coming loose from the transition slip that separates the laminate floor from the carpet. There were nails sticking out and, after four weeks of notifying them, they showed up to put a band-aid on the problem. The short nails he used were coming up a week later. I am still having to pull them out of the carpet so the little ones don't get cut. -The gas water heater had a leak for months before we knew about it. We ended up having gas bills doubled for a year and tripled for three months. I received a partial credit, but I sent documentation clearly showing a credit was still due $460, but they said there was nothing they could do.. so we residents pay the price of their negligence. -I have requested documentation several times regarding the water bills, a request to speak with a supervisor over the property manager, and work orders for a list of items (not even listed) and have gotten no response Please do your research before moving in!! Google Westminster Mgmt LLC and Conservice and you will clearly see review after review on several properties poorly owned and managed.

The scariest thing about buying a house is getting started. It's extremely overwhelming- never mind…read morewith higher than usual rates and very little inventory! After reaching out to countless real estate agents and relators in my area and never receiving responses, I was driving to work when I saw a sign outside a house that caught my attention. The minute I got to work, I googled the name and saw reviews for Barbara and how wonderful she was to work with new home buyers. I sent a quick (overly-detailed) email and I received an email back in no less than 1 hour from Barbara where we were then scheduled for a phone call later that evening. After a brief phone call that night, I was beyond thrilled to have her on our team. She was patient, answered all my questions and really got to know myself and husband as people and a couple which was great. She talked us briefly through the process and what to expect while being very honest, but never once making us feel out of our league. One thing I have learned is your real estate agent needs to be one of your best friends when you're going through this process. We spent countless weekends out and about. Almost every Saturday and Sunday and sometimes week days, depending on the listing. I swear, Barbara worked all hours as if we were her only client with over a million dollar budget (which is not the case!). Every question (no matter how many times asked) was always answered. She was available via text, phone or email anytime of day. And if she didn't hear from me- she would follow up just to check-in. Whether it was a house 5 minutes away, or 1.5 hours, she was on it. It was so easy and effortless to be with Barbara everyday and communicate as she's so relatable. I genuinely looked forward to her phone calls and emails everyday as I always got a good laugh! We always joked around and I never felt like I was bothering her, or creating more work. You completely forget you're a client when you team up with Barbara. She put so much of my anxiety about this process at ease and made a lot of what should be stressful and chaotic- enjoyable. Even in this market! She always kept our hopes up when we would feel down and reminded us that the house would find us. And here we are! We began looking in March of 2023, and our offer was just accepted on a house about a week ago, and all thanks to Barbara. In fact, this house we're in the process of purchasing wouldn't have even been on our radar without Barbara! Not only does she work hard to make your terms and conditions stand out above the others, but she worked with our lender directly in regards to offers as well, making us feel like we had the best team out there. She knows her stuff, knows her recommendations and works diligently. We're not done yet; but I've been so impressed by Barbara's expertise, relatable manner and non-stop work ethic for us that I couldn't help but pop in and leave a note of my experience even before closing- in case anyone else out there is currently looking with the same anxiety or nervousness I originally was. As we speak, I know she's making calls for reports and information on this future house for us while I get to take a breath and just enjoy the excitement of buying our first home! I'll update once we're all finished, but for anyone out there looking- look no further. Thank you Barbara (& Larry)!
