My experience here today was far above what I was expecting. The office floor plan is very spacious, and very clean. You can sit at a cubicle or private rooms. Very frustrated and disappointing experience with refund of security deposit with Regus…read more I leased a small office with Regus and was required to pay a two-month security deposit. Before my lease ended, I moved out and submitted a request for the return of my deposit. It has now been 71 days since my lease expired, and despite submitting three help tickets, I still have not received my refund. What's even more frustrating is the lack of communication. The front desk staff cannot tell me whether the refund was sent, nor can they provide any confirmation or updates. The communication regarding the refund process has been extremely poor and unprofessional. I am considering taking legal actions if this issue is not resolved soon.
