Trish, the manager there and any other help while I was there, were really nice. There being nothing else nearby also is a big positive for Tigerlabs - because they could have phoned it in with lack of competition, but didn't. I think from searching before, the closest coworking spots would be in Philly or one or two around Rutgers. Though the latter ones haven't been close to Tigerlabs in offerings. My partner and I have been looking for a new apartment and AVE Union popped into my mind. I believe they have selections for fully furnished or apartments to furnish your own. I remember how attentive the staff was at AVE Union. They used to throw these themed activities and would greet us every time we came back to the apartment. Additionally, the surrounding area is quite convenient, right next to public transportation. I used to run in the area after work and I enjoyed the neighborhood. The amenities are very nice, the pool using neon lights at night to create a cool vibe. And to make sure people don't trip, lol. I also liked the gym! It was pretty cool, split into two rooms.
