The 'personal banker' program is also pretty cool, it's not much more than having a couple of people who take care of questions, loans, mortgages, etc, but the woman at this location is SOOOOO nice and has been helpful over the years. And here is one more reason I love this PNC, the ATM gives out any amount in $1 increments (maybe they all do, but since this is the only PNC where I use the ATM I can't be sure).
