Our plane was late in arriving and somehow signals got crossed and the driver was not there. After a few phone calls, we found each other. It was a quiet and uneventful ride. We have come to rely on the efficient and prompt service we have received from Twelve Transfers. We highly recommend this company. It is nice having a picture of the car and driver who would be taking us from London to Southampton. Karim was waiting for us when we left our hotel. The car was a Jaguar and was most comfortable. Karim was a very skillful driver getting us out of London in no time and on the motorway to Southampton. It was an uneventful trip. We through enjoyed our conversations with Karim on various topics. He was a very nice young man.

I used Addison Lee to get our family of four to and from Watford (Harry Potter). Afterward, (and…read moresince the service was great) we used them to take us and our luggage to Eurostar in St Pancras. On all three trips we had a prompt and polite driver and on our trip to the train he helped us with our luggage at both ends of the journey. Coming from the US I really liked that reservations and billing were handled on the web with no UK phone required. We received texts with contact information when our driver was on the way and when he arrived. Around London, I prefer to take the tube or black cabs. But for these trips I was very happy with Addison Lee's service.

I called customer support and they wouldn't help without my booking number, which just wasn't handy at the sidewalk pickup spot. I found the driver's phone number in the app, and called him for his status. All he said was "traffic man, what can I do" then hung up on me. When he did arrive he was clearly in no hurry, almost intentionally, despite how close we were to departure time. It is apparent that these folks don't care. A very similar thing happened on my last trip with them. They used to be dependable, but no more. I recommend finding another option for car service.

Our driver was there with a smile and a sign with our name on it. What a welcome sight after 12 hours of travel time! Our driver was so friendly. The company was professional. I arranged everything over the internet, pre-paid the fare and it all went as planned. No complaints. We haven't always had good luck with transportation companies, seems like they're never where they should be. This place is fantastic - highly recommend.
