They asked for pictures of the breaker and the issue, diagnosed it quickly, and offered same-day service. Communication was incredibly easy and clear, all by text. I posted the project request late Monday night and he had every thing done within 24 hours.. Not only did he take care of splitting our laundry room outlet and moving the washer & dryer outlets down (so we can install a countertop), he also put an outlet in for our dishwasher. That wasn't part of the original request and he still took care of it same day. My partner does most of the renovation and construction work in our home. Mr. Fuentes was kind enough to show him exactly how he did everything and actually TEACH him as he worked. After some initial miscommunications about the job, things didn't quite turn out the way I hoped, but Luis, the company owner came out himself to make sure things were resolved. And even though the scope of the project increased, he insisted on completing the job at the original rate (although I'm not going to let him, because the scope had increased substantially, and that is clearly my own doing). When working with someone new, it's always a toss up on how things will go when unexpected difficulties arise, and I'm very pleased in how Luis does business. Six-stars! UPDATE: the job is done and we are awaiting inspection this week. The pictures speak for themselves. We are extremely satisfied with our Tesla Wall connector Gen 3 installation. Luis went up and over our garage with EMT to get to the nearby panel. He had to upgrade a breaker to a double pole 60A breaker and also had to update the breaker that goes to the subpanel in the main panel to 100A. Tesla had sent us a bad wall connector the first time around and advised us remotely that the electrical work done was perfect and that all power levels were as expected. Luis insisted on coming out himself anyhow to double check everything even though I assured him it was Teslas wall connector. Sure enough the wiring was perfect and when the new wall connector arrived I popped it on and everything worked like magic.

Terrible experience overall. He claimed that my presence and questions were stressing him out and making him nervous. Prior to starting the work, he had stated that he welcomed questions and was happy to explain the process. He then stated that he would only return when I was not home, which was not acceptable to me, as I was not comfortable allowing someone to work in my house unattended. Before leaving, he made the comment, "Not to sound racist, but the only people who watch me work that closely are Indians," which I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional. As he was loading his tools into his car, he swung his car door into my Tesla and left without addressing the damage. I hired Ahmad based on his Yelp reviews which is why I feel obligated to leave a review after my…read moreexperience. I contracted Ahmad to install an EV charger. The good: Ahmad is very kind. He explained his recommendations and what would be cheapest for the client in terms of materials. At the end of the day, he installed the EV charger and it functions as it should. Why I wouldn't recommend: (1) Ahmad consistently communicated unrealistic expectations. At 11:30am (after arriving an hour late) Ahmad told me my project is a 3 hour job. At 4pm when I shared concern with the lack of progress, he said it would be done at 7. He left at 10pm. Ahmad set up expectations that he could not deliver on. (2) Several reviewers have said that Ahmad tidied up and was very clean but that was not my experience at all. I have several piles of broken up drywall, a large hole in the wall to fix, and other screws/wires to clean. Pictures attached. Overall Ahmad is a great guy, I have nothing personal against him, but I would not recommend him to a friend or an internet stranger.
