The learning curve is more than steep - it is a cliff. The system is basically best suited for computer programmers, NOT property managers. Support is just as confused, as we waited a year for a needed feature only to find out that they would not include it in a future release, and then said there was a back door way to do it, but only thru the tenant portal. If you have the expertise needed to use this program - you would also have the expertise to actually write your own - and the latter would be our recommendation. read more

Not user friendly. Steep learning curve. Product training fees that pay for one-on-one assistance in conversion and start-up are little more than a demo of product going thru check list while at same time clocking hours to satisfy contract. The annual Technical support services response time is at lease 24 hours on Service Tickets making it difficult to remain productive. On line version is horrible slow to print - a single page took 3 plus minutes each! Email reports will not work as providers i.e. google or yahoo blocked the email go thru. read more

LCS has assisted in maintaining as well as installing many upgraded systems for our business. They are not the biggest IT company to work with, but they do try to ensure that you receive quality service in a timely manor. Pretty on the surface but once you start interacting with the company, you realize that they just want your money. They keep promising new features and promise to fix things, but never deliver. Yearly support is a joke, you'll get called back in a day or two, and if you happen to miss the call, it's back to the end of the line you go. And don't even think about getting the "phone" system, it's atrocious. The pop ups in RM are nice but the phones are down 90% of the time. They also sell the phones for twice what they actually cost, they try to gouge you with every little thing. The phone switchover was a painful process, there was no project management whatsoever. They started billing me for the services a good month before any implementation ever took place. The billing manager I talked to was impossible to get in contact with, she was never in the office. read more
