It had to be towed there due to overheating. The dealership is refusing to provide me with a loaner vehicle that will fit my family. I requested a used vehicle as I was told they do not have a loaner big enough for my family (family of 6). I have been told no. They cannot tell me when my vehicle will be fixed or when the parts will even arrive. I do not have another vehicle that my family will fit in. The dealership suggested I go rent a vehicle for $75 a day, rather than provide me with a loaner because I was told they do not have to do that. BEWARE before you take your vehicle to this dealership to be serviced or before buying a vehicle there.

PA resident here decided to buy a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander, used from Ohio, and have it delivered. It is a very beautiful SUV. He promised to reimburse my money for that repair. The salesman Brandon was very nice and sent me lots of pictures and videos and he was also very responsive to my questions during the buying process. I have faith that he will follow though and GM making it right. He sounds very kind over the phone and showed strong desire to uphold the integrity of his dealership. Or change any hvac controls. Which we had to also fix. I would say do some research on the vehicles before they send you home on a "home delivery" without full approved financing. It may save a lot of headaches. A complaint will be filed with the BBB also assuming they have recorded lines of him stating as soon as we get approval we will take care of the driver side running board motor that failed to work. So essentially I would have paid another dealer 4000 in repairs if not more.
