    Find someone else or another dealership for service to your vehicle…read more Kris, my service advisor is the WORST at customer service. She does not keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. She will give you false hope on information regarding your vehicle. I had to call her for information on the status of my vehicle. She only reached out to me once, to tell me it will be a longer wait. My vehicle has been at the dealership for the past eleven days due to a backorder part. The part arrived on a Thursday, installed on a Friday, was told by Kris, when she finally called, and said it wouldn't be ready till Monday because it needed a test drive. The service dept is open on Saturday! Why the test drive wasn't preformed on Friday is a mystery to me! Make sure you get all the information and if you experience the same issues like me, document everything and file a national complaint. This should bring to their attention their poor customer service skills.

He went on a test drive with me. I stated some things that I didn't like about the car and what he could do for me with help of the used car Manager. To make me feel comfortable on what I am purchasing. I buy the car that day. They let me keep it over the weekend. I'll bring it back Tuesday. They put me in a rental paid for by them and they fixed all the issues that I had about the car and did an outstanding job. They made my first car purchase experience a very good one especially Cory when it came to the service department and keeping me updated on the process of getting my new car back

    Predatory Practices and Subpar Vehicles - Beware of CARMAX…read more I'm compelled to share my terrible experience with CARMAX, particularly for women considering doing business here. They seem to prey on women with limited automotive knowledge, pushing poorly maintained, unreliable cars at premium prices, banking on the assumption we won't know better. Carmax never disclosed the fact that the engine had been repaired twice but sold me a car at full price. Carmax pulled up a car fax report stating no repairs and no accidents which is a big fat lie! I purchased a vehicle from Carmax believing their sales pitch that it was "in perfect condition." Within four months the check engine light came on. The car began breaking down. The car had a major engine recall that clearly weren't addressed prior to sale. A trusted mechanic confirmed these problems should've been DISCLOSED and FIXED before the car ever hit the lot. When I returned to discuss the issue, I was met with condescension and dismissive remarks. They refused to take responsibility or assist with repairs, leaving me stranded with a lemon. It's clear they're prioritizing profit over integrity, targeting customers they assume won't and can't push back. I urge women and others to stay away from Carmax. Find a dealership that values honesty and stands behind their vehicles. I wouldn't wish this financial and emotional stress on anyone. It's been a whole year that I have been fighting with a car that the dealership knew was a lemon. They clearly capitalized off of me and now I'm stuck with paying for a problem that I can't afford. I have brought multiple cars from this company and this is the thanks I get. As a single working mother I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Go elsewhere this place does not have your best interest I've noticed this for a whole year now. Even speaking to corporate they also have no compassion. Telling me to trade the car that they know is an issue leaves me upside down and without transportation. This is the very reason people give up in life because of predators like these people. The stress this place has caused me is insane. Save your money, time, and sanity - shop elsewhere.
