Rude customer service! I ordered food came fast which was a plus however when I went to eat my food and feed my family the chicken was raw in the inside.I immediately called and was answered by me of the staff whom seemed to not speak English well she handed the phone to someone else who informed me "well the food was cooked when it left". Not to many good Spanish restaurants in the area. This restaurant is a hit or miss. I've been here a few times , the prices are great. Portions of food a lot. However I can tell the difference when something is not fresh and the roast pork most of the times are not fresh so I stopped getting it from them. They have a seafood soup that is great. Plenty of sitting so you can stay if you would like. Service can be a bit slow if you ask me. They have a full staff and most don't speak English. So hence the longer wait time. Good food, nice presentation and fast friendly service all at an affordable price. I paid about $6.50 for chicken and rice with a drink and my coworker paid $8 for her steak and rice. One of the servers was verbally abusive toward my sister & elderly mother when confronted regarding touching objects & picking up a tissue which had fallen on the floor, while handling our breakfast order. Food is okay, service really sucks though. If you're in the restaurant it takes forever for someone to actually tend to you. They'll just keep staring at you from time to time and eventually will ask you if you're being helped. I called to place an order from the menu that was giving to us..I was ordering the chicken cutlet in garlic sauce with rice and beans..I was told the rice and beans was extra I explained the menu had that rice and beans was included.. I was then told the prices that was shown on the menu was different from what was told to me I called (Mind you I spoke to three different people who hardly spoke English)..... I have been ordering from this restaurant since it opened. When it first opened the food was so good that I recommended it to a lot of people. Gradually, it started to taste less good with every order so I stopped ordering altogether. Today I thought I'd give it a try but it was the worst in all previous times that I've had it, not to mention that I waited over an hour for it to be delivered. My roast pork was overly dry, the skin tasted bad and smelled burned. The rice and peas was bland. They placed my empanada in a brown paper bag without covering the empanada with anything, not even a napkin. The empanada was dry and the beef inside was stale and nasty. The Snapple I ordered was hot. I downloaded Yelp just to write a review and threw the menu away with the food. DO NOT order from here.
