It melted in my mouth and it was Lukewarm (delivered) so I can imagine how explosive the taste will be when I visit again tomorrow lol it's now my favorite treat. Yup I take it over the famous Beignets (which are yum yum spoken by a "self professed junk foodie". Guess it depends on my craving but this Cookie was amazing. Two of my favorites combined (Croissant + Chocolate Chip Cookie) was very well done. A big hit. I absolutely recommend. Not sure price point since mine inflated from Uber BUT still recommend!!! A nice personal touch too with a personal thank you. Gold star for this establishment!!!

Most recently I had their offerings at Fried Chicken Fest - 10000/10. The crookie and clucker bar (like a snickers bar on steroids) should become staples but you can't go wrong with their cookies. The owners are incredibly kind too. An overall fantastic operation!

And I'm torn, the taste is still there...sort of, but it's sweeter and the texture of the chocolate is different, maybe a little chalkier. Yes, I know I'm talking about cheap chocolate here. But it's the bunny of my childhood (accept when we got the chocolate chickens they used to sell which were also awesome). So I'm torn...It's OK but I guess I'm still a fan of the traditional box. It was good and unexpected for a "sweet shop!" ha From what I understand from a friend his burgers are really good too! If you're looking to get some cocoa bombs to better enjoy this cold front moving in he has a bunch. He also has French vanilla cappuccino bombs which I'm not a coffee drinker but that sounds interesting. He has cute coffee mugs and tumblers for sale too! The coffee mug with something about the Grinch and a cocoa bomb would make for a really cool Christmas gift idea! Just sayin. The gentleman that was making our drinks didn't really seem like he wanted to be there and wasn't as friendly as the others. We love Asian inspired flavors like pandan and ube and this place had it all! There were so many innovative and unique ice cream flavors like Vietnamese coffee, lychee, pandan coconut, etc. It was a little overwhelming at first because there was just so many desserts and drinks to choose from! They also had cafe drinks and we ordered a few to try! I had the banana pudding matcha latte and it's honestly one of the better matcha lattes I've had. There were scoops of banana pudding in the matcha both on the bottom and top. Each sip had that delicious banana flavor (not artificial) along with the matcha. It wasn't too sweet and banana goes extremely well with the matcha. My SIL had the lavender matcha latte and she enjoyed it as well. Lavender can overpower alot of flavors if not done right and they did it right here! The flavors were balanced well without it being too floral. My husband had the latte with pandan cream foam and what he loved about it was that he can taste the pandan flavor. Pandan is a very light and delicate flavor so it can get a bit muddled with other flavors. I tried it and the pandan's flavor was bold and bright. Mixed with the espresso and milk and it was creamy and delicious. We also got three cookies to try: Vietnamese coffee, ube, and pandan coconut. The cookies were about $5 a pop but they were so worth it! They were all huge and jam stuffed with either chocolate chips, coconut, or white chocolate chips! I am literally still dreaming about the cookies! My favorite cookie was probably the pandan coconut one but the ube and Vietnamese coffee one were close. The Vietnamese coffee cookie was good but the flavor of the coffee could be stronger. I do appreciate how rich and decadent each cookie was and I will absolutely come back just for the cookies haha. They had a bunch of different and unique flavors too! We also got some ice cream to try. My husband had the pandan coconut and SIL got the cream cheese red velvet. They know how to make their ice cream right that's for sure. The flavors were like a punch to your face (in a good way) and we all agreed that they were both delicious. I'm knocking one star off because the service could be a little friendlier. Can't wait to come back and try more desserts off their menu (they had cakes, macarons, etc.).

I've been to New Orleans probably 20 times in my life, had Cafe du Monde beignets every time, and I kid you not, these beignets give Cafe du Monde a run for its money. They are a bit different, and I can't quite describe how, except they are richer in flavor. To die for.
