When I came in there was another woman there which is totally fine except instead of seating me at the other end so we could have some space I was sat directly next to her. Which if the room was packed with lots of clients that would have been fine but considering the whole room was empty except for her I found that very strange and uncomfortable. Also the whole time this other client was talking and laughing loud which I find disruptive to my own experience. And at one point someone put a video on their phone loudly. My facial itself was great and again it was the same girl as last time doing it and she is great but if I were to go back id have to book the private room because that experience was so bad I am not going to do that again.
