New location. Make sure you turn after the Taco Bell parking lot, otherwise you will be turning into the TB drive thru or dumpster (!!).

Which if the room was packed with lots of clients that would have been fine but considering the whole room was empty except for her I found that very strange and uncomfortable. Also the whole time this other client was talking and laughing loud which I find disruptive to my own experience. And at one point someone put a video on their phone loudly. My facial itself was great and again it was the same girl as last time doing it and she is great but if I were to go back id have to book the private room because that experience was so bad I am not going to do that again.

He can check his security footage that he pointed out that he had. Hmmmm, having a security camera to record his cuts??? Seems like I mustn't be the first unhappy customer. From my experience, he's the typical old school barber who has poor listening skills and chose to cut my hair as he saw fit... not how I asked or was evident from how my hair looked from my previous cut! The only thing he must have heard was "1 and a 1/2". An Edward Scissor Hands or Picasso he is not! This was the quickest haircut that I've ever had, and again, the worst in 63 years! The shop was empty when I walked in, so there was no need to rush the task at hand! In hindsight, maybe there is a reason why the shop was empty... Sitting back in the chair, so he could try to repair the haphazard results, he had the nerve to share an unexpected and flippant comment to tell me to consider buying my own set of clippers and cut my hair myself. Then when paying, he passive-aggressively told me in a nice tone to try Great Clips next time, which I replied that I have already done so and they did a much better job. I expect a retort from him for my review, but so be it... I'm only giving an accurate and fair feedback based upon my experience, so any potential first-time customer like me has an honest feedback to consider before deciding. Unfortunately for me, the experience and cut was terrible. Hopefully, my hair will grow enough before I walk my daughter down the aisle in 16 days and another barber can repair the damaged caused by Shabby's Barber Shop.
