I wish I could recommend this business, however after a period of two years of receiving services from them, sadly I have come to the conclusion that I cannot. I started bio-identical hormone replacement therapy two years ago, and in that time, I have seen the staff go through several nurse practitioners; normally, that would not be a cause of concern, but bio identical hormone replacement requires several blood draws to monitor hormone therapy levels. Many times when I went in for a blood draw, the person could not draw my blood and I would be stuck three or four times before they finally brought Julie in who got it every time with the first try. Also, patient care does not seem to matter that much here. It was only after several pellet insertions that I was asked if i was taking my DIM daily. This was the first time I had even heard of the supplement which was apparently important to take. Another issue I had was excessive hair growth due to my "way too high" (their words, not mine) testosterone dosage. When my renewal time came back around, I reflected back on my experiences and called around to other providers of the pellets. They were less expensive and seemed more patient oriented. My income has declined sharply over the last year due to personal responsibilities with my elderly mother as well as a recent marriage, so I have decided to end my treatment there and go to a different provider in hopes of better service. A family member has RAVED about hormone pellets for YEARS, so I finally decided to try. Despite the prices being much higher than she pays at a different facility, I tried it and was required to pay for a full year up front. I was told that I was a good candidate and given lots of hope that this is the solution that I've been needing for years. To make this as short as possible, here is a summary of my experience. Every time I had blood taken they couldn't hardly get anything and had to try both arms (NEVER been a problem for me before; I have very prominent, healthy veins). Then, they never called me with the results and I had to call more than once to request them. I saw a different provider every time I had pellets implanted (until my last few appointments), so I felt like I wasn't getting the personalized care that I needed, and I definitely wasn't getting the same information which was my main concern. I was told each time that I may not feel the benefits until next time, and on my final appointment I was told that it just might not be for me, and it was somewhat insinuated that I wasn't really a good candidate anyway because I wasn't peri-menopausal. WELL, that would have been good to know before I spent $2,400. Also, I overheard another client complaining about these same issues. And, when I was taken back for bloodwork the nurse was clearly offended by his concerns, so I didn't feel comfortable telling her that I agreed with him, but I did politely tell her that I was having some of the same issues with my results. She then informed me that the company had recently switched products because they were getting a lot of those complaints!! I was never informed that they were switching products, I was never informed that there were clients having these same issues, I was never informed that they were looking into it and would make it right. I had to write them an email before they offered me a "solution" which was a 'boost' that to my understanding was something that I was supposed to get anyway with my "personalized care." I referred my good friend and her husband to them, and they are having the same issues. Kind of embarrassing especially since they drive an hour and a half to come here. When I recently called to let them know I wouldn't be continuing hormone therapy, I was asked, "are you going somewhere different?" I found that a little intrusive, but I politely said no. Maybe they should be a little more concerned about WHY I'm not continuing. Something like, "well, we're sorry to hear that. Can we ask why you aren't going to continue treatment?" That was after I called BACK because they didn't answer the first time and asked if I wanted to start a text chat that they also didn't answer. I wasn't going to leave a review because they did handle my initial concerns with kindness, but after I was told at my last appointment that I practically wasted my money and they didn't do more than give me ONE 'booster' to correct the issue, I decided to share my experience so others can make an informed decision like I should have. I went for fillers, advertised on GROUPON Restylane for $408 each. The nurse recommended 5 Restylane and $50 botox; (which she was giving me an awesome deal on the product/price). The treatment went not well for me and my face had abruptions where part of the first two and a half singles were deposited. For such, I called, send emails with pictures, and canceled the forward treatment, using the balance of the third one which the Nurse said it will help with the results But still, it was not good and caused me some deformities that by today, it reabsorbed and there are no more indications of what they wrongly did. I trust them with my face and my credit. Ageless abused my credit ad charged it $3200.00. Then they come with excuses of not knowing where the charge's mistakes were but promise to fix it. They still owed me $633.35 charges on my credit card. First, they charged $3200 instead of $408x3= $1224 was the end price in that transaction. July and I communicate extensively by phone and email. Get into an agreement that instead of $408 each Restalyne I will pay them $500. Generously on my behalf. They insist on me signing them a release before they will return or cut me a check. This afternoon they laid-again saying they did pay back the $633.35 to CARD CREDIT. I told them, I have the statements here on my hand and you haven't. Finally, Ageless Center, July, told me they are not going to reimburse the remaining $633.34 as their Lawyer and the owner fixed the price as of right. I believe they are in so much economic need to cheer the trust of their customers that they stole from me. If you decide because you feel in need of their services as I did; be very careful with your credit card, and be conscious of what happened to me. I am writing you these with the hopes Ageless doesn't surprise you with stilling. I do have all the emails interchanged where Ageless was promising to return the balance left. I have the pictures of the damage they did during "treatment". Attached is a print screen of some of the many emails interchanged with Ageless enter and their promise of reimbursement of $633.34 left. After I accept overpaid them $276 meaning $92 per Rystaline advertised price. What a shame on this place AgessCenter you abuse the trust of your customers that came looking for help. read more

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. If I could leave less than one star I would. My husband is getting an emergency double lung transplant for Cancer which required that we pack up and move from Lexington to Chicago in less than two weeks. When I called to try to cancel my membership, I was given the runaround for a month (refusing to leave a message on my phone or anything in writing via email about their HORRIBLE policy). No compassion clause. No apology. Just "you signed a contract for 12 months so too bad." The most horrible customer service I've ever experienced and zero compassion for extreme circumstances. Do not do business with these people or sign any contracts with them, you will be SO sorry you did. They are actually asking me to pay extra to get out of this contract. Watch out. I have been going here for 3 years and have always looked forward to my appointment. The girl that has always done my Botox was no longer there so I made an appointment with the new person. Let me tell you, first of all when I walked in there were 3 people at the desk and I was trying to explain an issue I've always had; well all three decided to tell me how easy it was. 3 on 1 is super intimidating. Basically all three said I was dumb with other verbiage. Then I went back to get my Botox and I swear anything I said , I was immediately shut down, as if what I was saying was a lie. Also, every single time (and I've been doing this for 10 years) If my results were not up to my standard they always did touch up for free and that's anywhere (I've lived all over the country). Well not here, she said they would absolutely charge even though I just spent $600 , I expect it to look correct. Also I've always always gotten a new bottle and since I'm the one paying for the bottle it's always been yes, again anywhere I've gone, but here nope! Pretty much, this was hands down the WORST experience getting Botox ever. I do not recommend going there because it's all new staff and they are stuck up, rude, and aggressive. I joined The Ageless Center, Forever Young Spa Club in August 2021 for $1379.88 which I paid in full. During that time I also purchased Xeomin for $359.64 + Obagi skin care products for $407.50 and Eye filler for $560.00. I have been pleased with Ageless up until my Aesthetic Nurse left the practice. When I purchased the eye filler I was skittish because of the location and price. I was funneled into it and was told I would be very pleased I did. At first I could not see a big difference, but was told to give it about 30-45 days which I did. Still not content I went back and was given "my banked Xeomin" and an IPL treatment (covered under my Forever Young Spa Club) that did not fix it. I called again to make one final effort to be content and was told the Aesthetic nurse had left the practice. The person at the front desk told me I could try and track her down to make it right?? What? I paid Ageless NOT the nurse. Reluctantly was given an appointment. I arrived they could not find my chart. After searching it was found stating it had been flagged for my credit card denied. They had attempted to charge me again for "Forever Young Spa Club" which I told my nurse I didn't want to be obligated for another year. Once in the room and the nurse tried to talk me into signing up AGAIN. Then I was told at that time the "$560.00 eye filler) I was there for I would have to re-pay again?? Said had it been Botox/Xeomin she could do it for free, but eye filler that I was guaranteed to be fixed well that would be on me. Now since my nurse left they want me to pay again. I AM SHOCKED. If you spend $560.00 for under eye filler it should be to your liking. I would like a refund for my under eye filler. read more

I was skeptical getting juvederm injected in my lips from anyone other than a plastic surgeon. The nurse who did the injections was very patient with me, considering i looked in the mirror every time she made a small injection..
