Here's what I have to say about bmedi spa. first thing to know is I'm 22 years old, I understand not being taken as serious because I'm young. Money is money. & business is business. After visiting bmedi spa for two different treatments of lip filler (KYSS) $700 each treatment, I feel as if they just couldn't wait to swipe my debit card & push me out the door. Here's why. I am on vacation in Key West. Went to a very upscale med spa to get Botox for the first time. I consider Bmedispa upscale as well. The doctor there sat me down and asked me what i wanted, explored ALL options best for me before we started anything, which was very personable & never happened at bmed spa either times i went. He showed me all of the mistakes in my lips and how uneven my filler was, it had been pushing my smile to one side. My top lip legit, the left side had a protuberance he fixed from filler by Dr.Hester. All in all, the reason I'm leaving this review is I wish the people at bmedi would have sat me down & talked to me and explored all my options and looked at my smile and resting face before they stuck filler in my lips and pushed me out the door. read more

I've been here for chemical peels & Botox and have had no issues. I bought the mixto laser for my mom ($3,000) & we are both highly disappointed with the results. Their pre & post-procedure photos give the impression that dark spots & major wrinkles will disappear, skin will tighten & skin tone will be improved. After spending $3,000, we can hardly tell a difference AT ALL!! And, after the procedure, she was required to buy several products to help her skin heal - costing another $300. On follow-up appointments, the nurse recommended additional Rx creams that are only available at this medspa that cost $100 each visit. In total, we have paid over $3,500 for basically nothing. At the end of the day, it seems that this medspa is more concerned with making money than they are about ensuring their clients see the results promised them by (apparently) fake before & after photos. Personally, I won't be going back because of this. From now on, I will consult a REAL medical professional to help with my & my mother's skin issues. read more

Every person I encountered was kind, attentive, professional, and gave outstanding customer service. The spa itself was beautiful, tranquil and clean. Lauren, who administered the Juvaderm to my lips, was understanding and empathetic to my nerves. She took her time to discuss the process, my desired results and helped ease into the procedure. Not only did she add filler to my lips, but also suggested Botox to help create a less gummy smile. I couldn't be happier with my results and have been showered in compliments from Lauren's work. If you are hesitant at all about having a procedure done, I can't suggest this spa more. They are phenomenal! Ten years ago I had terrible skin. Acne, tanning bed skin (YIKES), clogged pores and more. With the education and procedures at BeMedispa, I now receive compliments on my skin!!! It takes time to undo what we have done to ourselves. Time and effort to gently combat the signs of aging we all face at some point. Time and patience to see results in some cases...but, this is a place where they are very honest about the results to expect and the effort that goes into improving upon where you begin.
