I was greeted so warmly by the front-desk team that it genuinely felt like they had been waiting just for me. Would not recommend this location…read more I scheduled my appointment based on their advertised special for JEUVEAU -- 25 units for $199, plus an additional $40 off for new clients. This was my first time at this location, and the $40 new-client discount was not applied. The price itself isn't my main concern. My concern is that it has now been over two weeks since my injections, and I see absolutely no difference in my forehead. I've had injections done previously and have never experienced them being completely ineffective. I also noticed a difference in the injection process. At other places I've been to, the treatment room was well-lit, the injector had me make facial expressions so they could clearly see the lines and mark the injection points. I did not have that experience at this location, which made me uncomfortable. At this point, I feel like I wasted my money. I would also like to know whether the product was properly stored, prepared, and administered. JEUVEAU's prescribing information specifically requires proper storage and handling, including refrigeration of unopened vials and use of reconstituted product within 24 hours. I can't say what caused the lack of results, but after paying for a treatment that has produced results for me in the past, I'm extremely disappointed and would not return to this location.

However, I stopped in and the representative was very apologetic. It was a very snowy day and the professional that would administer my IV Therapy would be in later. The IV Treatment took approximately an hour to complete. While receiving the treatment, I watched videos on my phone and relaxed. The representatives were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office was also nicely decorated. I felt very hydrated that day and used the restroom a lot. However, I did feel more energized and had overcome a few symptoms from a recent illness. Definitely would recommend.

When I attempted to ask questions, Dr. Grossman told there wasn't time to discuss them. While office staff was professional, I found the physician's bedside manner lacking.
