When we arrived there (around 7pm) there was a pretty long line of people waiting to be seated both inside and on the patio. We were told by a waitress that our wait time would be approximately 50 minutes, to which we replied that we were fine with waiting. While waiting, we noticed that service was very slow- some groups were seated for 10-15 minutes before getting water and ordering. Some parties also waited a long time before getting their bill- I heard one group tell their waitress that they had been done eating for 25 minutes and were going to dine and dash if they didn't get their bill in the next 5! After waiting for about 45 minutes a very frantic waitress told the party that was waiting right behind us that they would no longer be able to get in- and basically turned them away, even though the restaurant was still open until 9PM! Another waitress kept coming to see us while we were in line to tell us that we should leave because they only had 4 waiters that night. However, I could count at least 10 waiters taking orders... very strange! We ended up waiting one hour before being seated and one seated service actually went pretty well. Our weather was very nice, he took our order very quickly, and the food came out within 10 minutes. Our desserts were very good. We were seated by 8pm, and most tables on the patio were vacant. Despite this, the waitresses told every person who showed up that they were already closed (one hour early!) Honestly, it was a mess! I would go back to a Juliette et Chocolat, but just not this location.

Don't feel like baking something at home, order Rockaberry... At this point, I think I've ordered pretty much all of the pies, though I never tried the key lime pie, just not something I would go for. A slice of pie from here is good. You get a good size portion, it's fresh and sweet, what more would you want from a pie? The first pie I ever tried was the rockabrownie. It's a brownie with cream. Can't go wrong with that. My favorite is the mochamisu, tastes like a tiramisu, it's light and not very sweet. I've ordered this flavor as a whole pie many times and the family enjoys it (24 hour notice to order whole pie, and you can ask for something to be written on the pie) Next up is the rockafetti, a love/hate relationship with it. This is a vanilla cake with a slab of sweet buttercream frosting, almost reminds me of a vanilla dunkaroo. Having the frosting on it's own is sickly sweet, but when you pair it with the cake, it's heaven. I've tried the oreo cheese pie and for me it was really heavy, I didn't really taste anything oreo, it was just cream cheese. Apple crumble cheese with ice cream is so good, you get pieces of delicious cinnamon apple and pairs so well with the vanilla ice cream and the caramel drizzle just puts this over the top. I've also tried the raspberry fudge cheese, and while it was good, I found it to be on the bitter side, due to the raspberries. Coconut cream pie was very light, and not too sweet. Cadbury caramel brownie, I found had way too much cream for my liking and not nearly enough of mini egg pieces. Overall, I've enjoyed the majority of pies, really hoping that Rockaberry comes out with new flavors!

He let us take our time ordering and helped us with questions we had. We got two of the waffle/bubble cone ice cream concoctions. One was Toblerone (bc to be honest I just like saying Toblerone) and the other was baklava. Both were really good. The Toblerone was nice and chocolate, while the baklava was sweetened with honey! One thing to note... since the waffles are made fresh, the heat from them will melt your ice cream, so EAT QUICKLY!!! Not that that's ever been a problem for me!
