I believe they design in-house and their options are a little more classic/preppy than, say, Runaway (which I also like, but Cotton Creek is more my style). I got a sweet light blue, long-sleeved t-shirt that says Land of the Pines, and has a beautiful illustration on it. My sister got a fun shirt that says "Durham Women Take No Bull" and she loved it so much that she wore it out of the store- and proceeded to get compliment after compliment on it all afternoon! They should have sponsored us because we were telling everyone to go to Cotton Creek on Ninth to get one of their own! :) They also have hats, hoodies, key fobs, leggings, and probably a lot of other stuff that I'm forgetting about. I had the pleasure of attending a showing of an artist here last weekend. It was a small, low key affair, but the owner (former Duke grad and current UNC art professor) as well as the artist and several people who worked at Supergraphic were here. I got a neat little tour of the place and saw some works in progress as well as completed works in the back room where the work space is. The rental rates to use the space seemed very reasonable: $10/hour for the space and $10/session for screen rental. They also offer print making classes.

When it was my turn, the screen printing pro and I chatted about team building events. I grabbed a card and reached out the very next day. After explaining what I had in mind (a workshop for my running group so that we could print some t-shirts), I was handed over to Lenny at Hey Monkey! Lenny was so easy to work with. He understood that organizing these things is akin to herding cats, so he set everything up to be as smooth and painless as possible. And then there was the actual event. It was so much fun! Woo-woo warning: I don't know exactly what was going on, but my group brought some really negative energy into Lenny's studio. Fortunately, Lenny just carried on, kept his upbeat attitude, and (most) everyone had an amazing time! It's been less than a week and I'm pretty sure everyone has worn their shirts at least once. Avoid this place and its owner Chip. Update--Took to Spectrum Printing in Cary and they completed in 3 days and better quality!
