This is a good and cheap little local cell phone store which does accessories and phones and what not and can get you hooked up with a lot of cheap deals. Two big thumbs up! I was looking for a Roc N Soc drum throne with a backrest and Cymbal Fusion had…read morethe best price. Not only that, it comes with fast, free shipping. The price aside, what I really appreciate is their customer service and attention to detail. I ordered the throne Thursday afternoon and asked it to be shipped to a different address from my billing address, and within 1/2 hour of placing the online order, I received a phone call from Eric asking me to confirm that was my intention. Then he shipped the box from Houston, TX that same day, about an hour later (Thursday afternoon), and I received it Sunday in California. I mean, what company do you know other than Amazon processes your order that quickly? This will be my go to place for drum equipment. I was a bit hesitant placing the order online with a company I've never heard of, but this business is legit. It beats out Guitar Center and Sweetwater in price and customer service.

Not acceptable for a "brand-new" cymbal…read more I purchased a brand-new Paiste 20" 2002 Power Crash from CymbalFusion. It arrived with multiple visible blemishes, two marks on the underside, and a nick on the edge. Several of the marks were deep enough to catch my fingernail. I have included photos documenting the condition of the cymbal I received. This should never have been shipped as a brand-new cymbal without the condition being identified beforehand. I paid new-item pricing and expected a new, undamaged cymbal--not one that required me to document defects and arrange a return immediately after receiving it. To CymbalFusion's credit, they refunded me in full. That resolved the financial issue, but it does not erase the fact that the product I received did not meet the condition I was promised. If you are buying an expensive cymbal advertised as brand new, I would expect it to be inspected carefully before it leaves the store. This experience fell well short of that standard. The photos speak for themselves.

Buyer Beware!! I hired George Grant to install 2 TVs, surround sound, and a security system on a…read morerecently purchased home that I was remodeling. I spent a total of $9533.14. George is very personable and was very responsive at first. However, when it was time to install, there were delays and he/his co-worker left messes behind. This was aggravating but I tolerated it as I needed to get everything up and running. A few months after installation, I had an issue with my TV and I learned that the TV that I purchased through Grant Elite Installations was not what I received. I then examined all my equipment and learned that most of it was not what I had ordered and WAS OF LESSER QUALITY!! I contacted Mr. Grant and he said he would make it right saying it was a distributer problem. I emailed again a few weeks later and he again stated it was the distributors fault. He still didn't refund the difference. I filed in small claims and won a judgement of $2203.95 plus costs and interest. See photos. I urge everyone that left a 5 star review to look at your product - since he did it to me, he probably did it to you!

They were very professional, made sure to work with me on the exact options on the TV mount and how it would be mounted (ie - could they hit a stud and get dead center on the wall). I noticed that they also tested the mount to make sure how secure it was prior to adding the TV (even though it was a fairly small 43 inch TV). Also very polite and made sure to vacuum up the small amount of dust from drilling into the wall. I will definitely use them again.
