Pre-soak didn't do much to soften up bugs even after about 5 minutes (yes I put it on first when car was dry). Soapy spray wasn't all that soapy. Rinse took quite a while to spray clear water. The spot-free rinse did work quite well though, and the blow dryer was a nice feature.

The water pressure was so weak that it took nearly 5 minutes just to do the pre-wash. I thought the pressure would get better with the pressure wash, but it did not. I couldn't even effectively spray off bugs from an inch away. I put my hand in front of the sprayer (not advised with a "real" pressure washer), and it felt like a shower head. You can get better pressure from an ordinary garden water hose. I would never recommend this car wash because it took approximately three times as long to complete the job due to the low pressure. Of course, the longer you use it, the more it costs. I moved to a different stall to complete the rinse, but it was not much better. That's how I learned it costs $5 just to get started. In all, I spent nearly $21 to get the worst car wash ever. I was hoping for rain when I left so I could get a proper rinse. I tried to contact the company to no avail; the phone rang on my first call with no answer. Each call after that was met with the old-school busy tone. Customer service was just as disappointing as the equipment. Another major issue is the lack of pricing signs. There was no clear indication of what your total charges would be until you finish. Between the weak water pressure, high cost, poor communication, and lack of price transparency, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

So on January 10 I purchased the $25 worth of modwash. It did not do undercarriage wash no tire shine. No nothing. Basically it was just a regular wash. This happens a lot at this place. Every single time I complained to management. They bring a clipboard with a piece of paper write down your name ETC I don't think that ever does anything. This used to be a quality car wash but now it's just going downhill.

I was charged for a membership I never agreed to, and they still denied my refund. I went in for a simple $15 car wash on the 21st of last month. The attendant offered me "3 washes for $20," which sounded like a good deal, so I agreed. After he ran my card, I asked if it was a recurring payment--only then did he admit that yes, it was a monthly membership. I immediately told him I never agreed to that and wanted it canceled. He said I'd have to come back within three days because he couldn't cancel it himself. I returned the next afternoon, waited in line just to speak to someone, and explained what happened. She rushed me along but assured me she would cancel it so I wouldn't be charged. 2 days ago, I checked my bank account and saw a charge for $31.79. When I called corporate, the person on the phone told me the membership was canceled for next month but they were keeping the $31.79 because it "needed to be canceled three days before renewal." She refused to let me speak to a manager and wouldn't take a message. When I called back, she simply stopped answering, which makes me think their "corporate office" is basically one or two people. I went back to the car wash and spoke with the manager,-- Angela--- who happened to be the same woman who promised to cancel it. She claimed she had canceled it but still refused to refund me. She even showed me "my" initials on the screen, which were absolutely not mine. The attendant had initialed it himself, which is illegal. Although she listened, she didn't fix anything or offer any solution. I even suggested she call corporate herself, and she refused. So I did exactly what I told her I would do: I left this review, contacted the BBB, and reached out to my bank's fraud department.

It's a quaint little car wash, with two sides for servicing, and the entire wash is the size of a Checkers restaurant. They have different levels of washes, and the most expensive is $10. You drive your car through the hall, sit and wait while it does its thing, and you pull out either on to the street or to the size, where there are some vacuums. There was a very friendly worker who helped me with the payment machine and discussed some details about the business. He also handed me a dashboard wet wipe, which is something you can use to clean the inside of your car while you wait. The vacuums are quarter operated. It's $1.50 for 5 minutes. I was looking around for a quarter changing machine, but I did not find one. Luckily I had enough for one session, and that's all I needed to do the floors of my car. The car was is brushless, which wasn't the best route to go with all of the pollen on my car. If your car is very dirty, I wouldn't recommend this wash. If you are here just for a maintenance wash, this is where you can go on the cheap. There is also a pressure washing station on the other side of the lot. I could have used that to wash my car, but I didn't have any more quarters on me. For the price, Earthwash is a nice place to clean your car. Don't expect it to cut through thick dirt, but it will give your vehicle a nice shine for a nice price.
