Worst company ever…read more 9 months to do a 3 month job. Missed deadline after deadline. Owner (Vanessa) doesn't know the difference between Java & Javascript. Owner charges US prices, but hires overseas programmers where's there's lots of language issues and very junior skill level. Uses templates that are reminiscent of the 90's. AJAX has been huge in designing web pages since the mid 2000's, but they use very little of it. Doesn't keep up with today's web standards. Doesn't even follow the standards of the template system they're using. They do a VERY poor job of listening to their clients needs. Even when it's in writing. They also don't have anyone in charge of verifying the pages do what they are supposed to do, leaving it to the customer to do that part of the job for them. They will make good on any errors on their part (contractually bound), but you will spend countless hours getting them to make it right. This is what they are good at: They will take a framework/template that already does what you need, change the wording & graphics, and set the built-in options, then give it back to you. Charging you $1000's for just a few hours of work. For those that don't understand templates, think of it as an MS Word doc template that's used for property leasing. You download the template, then just change the name, address, and other details. Now you have a lease that's all yours. It's about the same thing with web templates.
